I became a member of this company last spring, I was not familiar with the program, however I do have a active lifestyle, have always loved especially running in the summer, I love the heat, exercising during the summer has always been a great workout for me. Going to a class at this studio always me the best of everything, I get to get in a amazing workout hour, that I can use work on stretching, strengthening muscles while being able to sweat ,detox,(detox, sweat, bad energy).everytime I leave, its always a great, rewarding, refreshing experience. This is such a wonderful experience investment in yourself. Can't imagine not being involved with this great experience, I can't imagine doing this actually finding this as rewarding as I do if it was not for the really great team that is responsible for making this such a positive impact on me. Everything, everyone is wonderful, all the instructors are very helpful, talented, patient, non judgmental, are very happy excited to see others get involved do well, everyone including the other members are all very friendly, supportive, excited to see others become involved I have been so impressed, amazed how much this company has been such a wonderful experience, impacted my life, mind in so many ways, I am very happy for this inspirational team. I was so lucky to have received a gift card last Christmas to take a few classes to try it out, I've been, will be a member for the future. Many more classes are in my future. Thank you,. As if I couldn't find anything else that could add to the many reasons why adding my experience with this company has been nothing less than one best things i could have done for myself with such a outstanding staff that is very helpful, friendly, eager to gladly assist, pay close attention to their students which is always a great thing, they truly care,are so great at this craft that its become something that is so valuable, important to me, its always been a very great experience with every class, the staff, other members are always friendly, a very "non judgmental atmosphere . IF IT'S not enough to love what you're doing with a great atmosphere, with a great team, I didn't think it could get much better,,,,,I was wrong!!!! There is now a new Smoothie bar that has added to the already welcoming atmosphere, this new attraction is absolutely fantastic, my only issue is that everything sounds great, I wanted to try them all, I'll be working on it. The young lady who assisted me was absolutely very helpful, sweet, helpful also, So I wanted to make sure I thanked the entire team for every experience to be a very valuable, enthusiastic, energetic, enjoyable experience. The environment is very unique, everything, everyone should be honored for your help, hard work, professional, fun, experience sharing your own passion skills to help educate, enjoy this marvelous experience. I've been practicing hot yoga and pilates for many years and was absolutely delighted to find Hot Yoga Carle Place. The studio exceeded my expectations in terms of the expertise and professionalism of their instructors, robust class schedule, engaging customer service and the high quality of their studio equipment and facilities. I've practiced at numerous studios and I was very impressed at the cleanliness, layout and organization of the studio. The locker and changing room is conveniently equipped with showers and the studio space is large, well lit and outfitted with an excellent heating system and abundance of fans and kept clean and fresh. There is also a nice cafe located in the lobby of the studio if you're looking to pick up a healthy smoothie, coffee or snack before/after class and ample parking is available right out front. I absolutely loved the Hot 60, Vinyasa and Inferno Pilates classes - the instructors strike a perfect balance of giving everyone a highly challenging practice while accommodating every level of ability and experience. Every instructor I had was highly personable, warmly engaging and clearly experts in their practice. Huge shout out and thanks to Tommy, Pierce, Peter and Amanda. :) It's wonderful to see the high level of commitment and care the staff and owners clearly have to providing a top notch studio to the yoga and pilates community and highly recommend HYCP with the utmost enthusiasm...
