From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The store is impeccably clean, and the vibrant atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to enjoy a treat. The selection of ice creams and mix-ins is phenomenal, and the staff are true artists when it comes to crafting the perfect dessert.

I tried the Birthday Cake Remix, and it was out of this world! The ice cream was rich and creamy, and the mix-ins were perfectly blended for that ideal balance of flavors and textures. Watching the staff mix everything on the cold stone right in front of me was an added delight, showcasing their skill and enthusiasm.

We came in after having our nails done in the shopping plaza and we were greeted by a friendly staff on a rainy Saturday night at 6:50. They helped us decide what we might like. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The manager assured us that they are going to get seating here which we are very happy about and cannot wait to come back! We came here on a Saturday afternoon and the wait was far too long. They only had one worker manning both the Cold Stone and Planet Smoothie, who was making ice cream and working as the cashier. The location was very busy, and we waited at least 30 minutes. Plus, they don’t have any seating indoors. The ice cream was delicious as always, but the wait made me give them a three out of five star rating through. I hope they take this review and modify...
