Sniff A Pickle — Local services in Town of Orangetown

First of all, everyone in the shop was incredibly welcoming and friendly. And generous with a pickle sample!

Second, like so many others, my family completely ignored the informative sign and walked right in assuming we were entering a specialty pickle shop (which struck me as a surprising and intriguing idea), having no idea of the main work of the shop. (We did also buy a t-shirt).

Luckily, this happened long after the shop owners - having met dozens (or hundreds?) of people like my family that wandered in asking about pickles after ignoring the message outside the shop - had decided to meet public demand, and went ahead with making and selling their own pickles.

I am so glad we walked in.

The pickles are amazing. The Real Dill truly brings the dill. But the OG brings just the right amount of heat and garlic to make you go back for more. Really tasty. But do yourself a favor and grab the Candied Jalapeños. Wow. So...

I went in to the store in late July to inquire about a tee shirt I previously admired hanging in the window, the gentleman at the counter never greeted me, upon entering the store. He never gave me eye any eye contact, even after standing next in line for 20 minutes. There was a middle aged man that was accompanied by two woman inquiring about specific merchandise & the arrival time. I completely understand helping the customer you have in front of you but to not acknowledge how long I am waiting behind is careless. A smile even a wave would have been nice. I finally left the line to leave the store after 25 minutes he never said a word not even have a good day nothing . I think it was very rude and unwelcoming …..,stay away from this location. I felt very negatively...

Needed a tote bag with logo for a professional meeting and Sniff a Pickle came through in spades! First, Jon went out of his way to find just the right size tote - quality is excellent! Nothing cheap about the fabric and workmanship. Second, I sent Jon the logo file figuring that he would just print it on the bag but he worked some magic and was able to enhance the logo and colors in a way that was nothing short of perfection! Lastly, he got the job finished early Crazy, right? Will not even think about going anywhere else for personalized products. ...
