Kohl's used to be a decent store but they have definitely go e down hill since covid. The Olean Store in NY is TERRIBLE!!! I had forgotten to have the cashier ring up my coupon on over$500 order and the service desk young man had to MANUALLY RETURN EVERYTHING AND THEN RING IT BACK UP!!! It took him almost an hour to do it amd I'm disabled after having Cancer and it's really difficult to stand that long and I told them MULTIPLE TIMES I FELT LIKE IWAS GOING TO FALL BECAUSE MY LEGS ARE WEAK. 3 PEOPLE WETE STANDOMG THERE AND NOT 1 OFFERED ME A CHAIR TO SIT UNTIL ABOUT 45 MINUTES!!! THEN THE GUY GOT MY CARD FROZE BECAUSE OF DOING TOO MANY TRANSACTIONS WORHIN A SHORT TIME AND THEN I HE COULD NOT GIVE ME MY +$500 BACK BECAUSE MY CARD FROZE AND I HAD ALREADY PAID MY CARD OFF RIGHT AFTER CHARGING THE ORDER. I came because my mom had a 40% off coupon when she uses her Kohlâs charge. I looked over the exclusions and did not see Nike as one of the brand exclusions. I spent an hour looking at the Nike clothing, anticipating using my coupon. Then we went to self check out, which is ridiculous for a retail store. The woman came and took the security tags off of my clothes anyways. We scan the coupon and the coupon doesnât go through for the hoodies.
