Horrible! Minus 10 Stars! Do business somewhere else!

I called the sporting goods store, Lock N Load Sporting Goods in Owego N.Y. about the ammunition that jammed my rifle. After hearing a long spiel from them, they actually let me finish asking my question. They wanted me to bring my rifle in and leave it for whenever their gunsmith comes around. Sounds like they wanted to make more money from me, rather than solving the problem.

I asked if I could exchange the suspect ammunition and pay the difference to get the better rounds that I know will work.

They refused to do that, because they cannot re sell it. What about sending it back? Again, sounds shady to me.

Anyway, I told them that I was going to a different store to buy the new ammunition because of their refusal. They told me that they are sorry that I feel that way.
