Swirls and Twirls Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

I never knew this little shop existed until recently, I have been addicted ever since!! I have met both of the owners and they were truly wonderful. Nick is an absolute ray of sunshine, such a great personality and was incredibly helpful— he made me a delicious shake and went over all of the options. Vinny is quite the character and had his younger daughter helping out at the shop too. A very kind gentleman who was actively keeping the store clean. It’s so nice to see store owners wanting to be part of the community and actually caring about their customers! Definitely a great family feel from swirls and twirls. Perfect to bring your kids!! I have not encountered one sour person with any of my visits thus far! I have tried their froyo, shakes, acai bowls, and banana splits. They never miss! One of the gentlemen told me they’re bringing funnel cake, friend Oreos + rainbow cookie and stinken zeppoles ! I look forward to that!!!!

Swirls and twirls has always been my go to place for froyo, amazing flavors and quality treats. I was excited I was able to come back to location in massapequa and get some today and it did not disappoint! The girl working behind the counter was super accommodating, polite and helpful. But I felt very bad for her as there was about 10 younger girls in there making videos and dancing as well as only taking free samples and not actually purchasing yogurt. Felt very bad for the nice girl behind the counter who had to clean up after them as they made a mess. 5 stars because I love swirls and twirls and staff was super nice. But the group of girls making videos and dancing while other people in the store are trying to enjoy themselves is very awkward and kind of annoying. They were a disruptance to the other paying customers in the store. also your chocolate covered strawberry flavor is amazing! Please open a location...

I am continuously impressed with this place every time I come in. Always introducing new products like boba, shakes, seasonal items, etc. Just when you think you’ve tried it all, something new appears and becomes your new favorite. Everyone that I’ve encountered working here is nothing but nice and extremely helpful. You can tell that the employees take pride in their work. Even the youngest ones that are high school aged are extremely professional and go above and beyond. The store is always very clean and well stocked, and even if they run out of something, there are so many different options to choose from that it doesn’t even matter. Kudos to their manager for having the ability to run a business in a town like Massapequa, it sure is no picnic.
