The Paper Store — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

I went to the Massapequa store last night for a gift for a family member picked out a Sherpa sweatshirt. Go to check out and ask for a gift receipt to go with it the rude cashier said uhm it’s final sale, we had no idea that it was because then we would have went with something else. She claimed there were signs all over and she’s waving her hand up in the air I go and look and see not a single sign. We asked her what if the person does not like it or doesn’t fit can she come get a credit she went to ask a “manager” came back not a minute later and she very rudely said no once again final sale then don’t buy something that is final sale I said to her again I do not see one sign anywhere that says that. We took a chance and bought the sweatshirt we asked for a box she said no no boxes. The cashier brings us the bag and said you should learn to be nicer! This is not the way a customer service rep should be talking to customers not even accommodating them at all!! They need to be retrained, Very very unhappy will not be shopping here...

A brand new store in Massapequa! Beautiful merchandise ranging from cards, to wrapping, to comfy socks, robes, & slippers, then on to designer goods! Kate Spade, Vera Bradley, & Crabtree & Evelyn, plus much more! Staff were all wearing masks and very attentive, but not too pushy either. Store Manager, Eileen, introduced herself; she is extremely warm & friendly. Highly recommend a peek to see this fabulous new shop! Special bonus is...they accept Hallmark...

I was so excited to shop here and earn a free gnome. The gnomes weren't received by the store and I called every week except this last week inquiring bout it. I just called back and was told they got a small shipment in and they called people. I never got a call...and just like that lost out on...
