To be completely transparent- Veeb was probably one of the worst educational institutions I’ve ever attended for multiple reasons. I'll stick to MY experience in a nutshell: During my time there, we lost a director, along with a slew of instructors every few months. I didn’t feel respected as a patron nor an adult learner- the needs and concerns of the students were often dismissed. This is the land of “we’re doing the best we can” with ever changing strict policies while the quality of education dwindled. There are times where all 200 students are in the building at the same time. There are only 3 classrooms so one section stays in the basement (which is a church cafeteria). It’s impossible to hear or focus down there especially when it rains. We got “nursing toolkits” which most of us still had to purchase our own supplies. We were provided faulty chromebooks from amazon. YOU will not get physical textbooks. If this is a deal breaker for you. Consider going elsewhere. Although they have their own platform (moodle), a lot of correspondence will be on your personal email. There isn't much ventilation which leads to bickering over the teachers using the A/C straight into the winter. We didn’t have heat multiple times in the winter, ESPECIALLY on Mondays, forcing us to wear coats in class & lab. We had one snow day in the winter on Zoom and it was treacherous. There is ONE bathroom upstairs and ONE bathroom in the basement with 4 stalls. We were encouraged to use the bathroom only during the 10 minute break with everyone on the floor. I suggest buying VIPoo or some concentrated room sprays from bath and body works because the smell is absolutely horrifying. This is a clock hour program and the shortest LPN program which comes with A LOT of cons- You having a child, a job, or a life-threatening illness does not matter. There is a $200 fee for every absence ($40 a class), and you have to pay and make up the 5 hours within two weeks (there was no specific reasoning given to us for the two week deadline, and where the $200 went was often changed). They won’t let you forget a penny, if you owe them money you’ll be notified every few days because they stop you from taking exams if you don’t pay. 70% is passing- Midterms + Finals make up 30% of your grade. So if you get a 0 for not being able to afford to get sick, you’ll fail out. You’re allowed one makeup per class per semester, any other tests you’ll receive a 0- which will cause most to fail out. Test questions are made up in house not related to how the nclex asked anything, most with terrible grammar and errors that would often shift everyone’s grade when rectified. Tutoring was… meh… The curriculum is delivered by way of outdated & mundane powerpoints and teachers who don’t get a chance to recover from the previous year- which left me unprepared for my nclex (which is probably why we were required to purchase and provide proof of NCLEX review with a live class in order to graduate). The school has potential but unfortunately it sucked tremendously during my time there. I don't blame the staff as they could’ve continued to jump ship. But the board should be ashamed of this revolving door. We were the largest graduating class to date but also treated as a huge inconvenience because of their shortcomings. The only good takeaway from my experience is the amazing group of friends I made during my time there and the fact that i'm a nurse now. This program is fast & furious- be prepared before enrolling or you won't survive.

second review keeping up most honest Cuase the stress this place gives is not worth anything at all !!! BE AWARE AGAIN FROM A CURRENT STUDENT AT VEEB IN 3rd semester now!! August 13th,2024

all of a sudden as our final is approaching. N we graudte in 4 days the head of board decide to have a meeting with “moodle” which is the system that calculates our grade and now theyve taken away our grade and have dropped them knowing we don’t have and haven’t had a teacher for the past 3 weeks to prepare us for the final n our last exam previously. This place is so ridiculous and only want ur money n does NOT want to see u succeed at aallll they’ve said it in the beginning how this school year was so many student and now they want to change grades Cuase it’s “wrong” mind u they’ve had 3 weeks to fix this issue. And they WILL NOT RELEADE THE GRADE until BEFORE the final which is in 2 days which we all should know our grade… clearly to them we are a joke and do the most to fail anyone and this week nobody has been teaching anything productive to prepare use for the final except for two teachers the rest we don’t have a teacher for one class.

-this is my first review PLEASE BE AWARE: FROM A CURRENT STUDENT still in school!! as we are upon arriving finishing second semester and finals are coming up. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS and do not want you to do well. They will do the absolute most and take ur money any time they can get. EVEN when it comes to emergency and you show proof they will not be "UNDERSTANDING" like they say "they are". Forget about policy they changed it this year after them not realizing people will actually read it and they did not like it that they were wrong. They all have a fake face and attitude. In the beginning they make it appear they are so great with open arms but please this place is so GHETTO!! Especially staff which they cant even keep because that's how horrible the system is and please these people are so rude and be little you so much!! Please if you have kids and or family issues or just anything tbh I do not recommend if I could go back and go to different school like Hunter even if its longer program I would 100%. This place is not oraanized and alwavs lettina staff go and changing the rules anytime something doesn't go there way. Anyways come here at ur own risk
