Bread in Oven — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

We used to go to Dortoni’s at Levittown until now, but since they were closed at that time, I went online to find an alternative. We visited Bread in Oven bakery seeing the 50+ impeccable 5 star Google reviews, and we were not disappointed. We tried the patties and pastries, and it was delicious, esp. the pineapple pastry. We bought a cake from them and Purush there was willing & accommodating, and he customized it in a jiffy. We also met Raj there, and he was also nice and friendly. They all are a humble and friendly bunch, and they would put you at ease immediately. They don’t stop at making great products, but they go the extra mile by providing even better customers experience. Awesome Indian confessionary items backed by quintessential Indian hospitality “Atithi Devo Bhava” (Guest is equal to God). I usually don’t spend time writing a review, unless it’s a dis-sat experience, but I had to make time for this wow experience and that just goes to show how good they all were. I can end this by saying that we went in as a customer but come out as friends. I will be going there from now on (Bye bye Dortoni, and good riddance, thank god), and I would highly recommended them anyone who needs quality Indian bakery items. Kudos to you all and all...

Yes yes and more yes! The cakes here are AMAZING. I came here to buy a cake for my friends birthday, but I ended up leaving with 9 rectangle slices of 9 different cakes, this way my friend could choose his favorite pick. Well, he chose the “Bread in the Oven Special” which the very sweet woman behind the counter explained as a chocolate coffee flavored cake, and boy oh boy it went FAST! He loved it! Creamy, rich, and he said it was the best cake hes ever had! For myself I chose the tiramisu, and OOO SO YUMMY! :

Today was my first time at this local bakery and definitely will not be my last. My first impression after tasting their treats is that the owner of this place must have a deep passion and love for baking. The flaky stuffed pastries were absolutely delicious. The long-shaped one contained potatoes and peas, and the square-shaped one contained cottage cheese. Both were so fresh and perfectly spicy. The spongy mango and pineapple cream pastries were incredibly light and perfectly sweet. The food experience was fantastic, and I look forward to trying their bread and ordering a custom-made birthday cake on my next visit. This bakery is a hidden gem and deserves to be #1 in...
