“First impression is the last impression” and IT WAS REALLY BAD. I visited the store and knocked the door. I was wearing mask so guy from inside asked me to remove it (but still didn’t open the door). Then he asked me from inside (with hand gestures) what do I want?. I pointed at my finger and said I want ring. He pointed at the door notice that says only by appointment. I called the store after like 2 minutes to book an appointment. The lady picked up and when I asked for an appointment. She hung up. I called again and this time she gave me some other number to call. I called on that number and asked for an appointment. He said you can come anytime. I told him I was just there and they didn’t open the door. Then he said he will have someone to call me in 2 minutes. I waited for 2 hours but didn’t receive any call. I can just imagine their bad customer service now. It was recommended to me by my relative and now they will not get any business from anyone in my family, friends...

I went here in regards to their stellar positive reviews and was not disappointed.I had to repair some gold jewelry and it was done with care and perfection.Mr.George at the jewelry greeted us warmly and helped us with our concerns as soon as possible.It took around 15-20 mins for the job to be done and for a minimal charge.However the lady representative at the store didn't seem very enthusiastic to help me put on the jewelry and seemed like she was working a mountain when asked to weigh the chain for my satisfaction.Maybe she needs to have an awareness on how to attend to valuable customers and treat them with respect and professionalism.However Mr.Mintu was very happy to speak to us and seemed very friendly.Overall happy with my repair service at...
