Read moreI went to the store to purchase a new phone. I sat there for an hour waiting for everything to transfer from my last phone to the new one. The employee told me it would transfer as I drove home and to leave. I waited at home for another three hours and nothing happened. Then I had to go to another store where they were extremely helpful and transferred everything in under fifteen minutes. When I got home I realized the new iPhone does not come with an adapter for the charger, which the salesman didn’t tell me and I had to go out to the store another time to purchase that separately. When my bill came a week later, the Woodbury salesman had given me a pricy upgrade that I asked him not to do while in person. I spent an hour on the phone...
Read moreBoth Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us switch over to Verizon- we had countless hours of horrible representatives on the phone with Verizon wireless customer support - and Omar and his manager did everything they could to help us. The really spent so much time fixing all of the problems we had and made sure we left with everything working properly. Really they put in a big effort!
The manger is knowledgeable and quick to fix any kind of phone set up issues- and Omar spent days and hours helping us switch over to Verizon. Both employees were kind, calm and very helpful.
