Pokeworks — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Delicious fresh food, very friendly staff. I got suggestion from Google about this new restaurant and after searching what a poke bowl is I decided to give it a try. So glad I did. It is sort of like a Subway for Seafood. You start out with a choice of white or brown rice then pick your seafood; Ahi tuna, salmon, spicy salmon all raw, shrimp or scallop both cooked. Then move on to yummy toppings. Stuff like assorted greens, edamame, seaweeds, avacado, mango ect. You mix and match whatever you like. They also have set menu items too. I wanted to try everything though. It was delicious! They also have a nice assortment of drinks. Mostly fresh juices and some different teas. I mixed peach and apricot with hibiscus tea. Yummy! I am not one to write reviews, but after my terrible experience i had no choice. I ordered the salmon and tuna poke bowl, and nearly 3 hours after eating I got terribly sick. Constant vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps to the point where I had to go to the hospital. I have never experienced some sort of food poisoning after eating something like this in my life. DO NOT Order Through Their Website I ordered delivery from this place through grubhub several weeks ago and had no issues. I tried to order through their website for my second order, and my credit card was hacked less than an hour later. charges for $15 and $60 were made to Klook Travel Technology. not sure if it's the restaurant or the company they use that's scamming people, but either way I would strongly advise against using their website to place your order unless you enjoy fraudulent credit...
