Dollar Tree — Local services in Town of Penfield

I like this dollar store. I usually don't generally like them at all and try to stay away. But every once in awhile there is an assortment of things I want to check out. This trip is because my daughter is going to college. There is another store closer to my house but my anxiety sky rockets when I go there. So I do drive out of my way to go here. Its quiet, bright and the staff is always out in the open. Today there was some crowding going on because of restocking and boxes. I'm not sure if they dont have a back room or what. Anyway, the shelves are always stocked and they do have a nice assortment of things. Clear aisle ways is always a plus. It's not jammed with people, which I love. But best of all..I have never waited some crazy amount of time waiting in line. Fast and easy. If the line starts to get long they open another. Amazing! I only mention this because it does no happen in all stores this way. So if you have found that it would really benefit you to go to a dollar store, what ever your reasons are, go to the one on panorama plaza in penfield. You wont feel dirty...

they are the most best people ever Dollar tree is the best place you can go to buy your cheap goods they also will help you with your bag in case you're struggling people are very nice and friendly. Also I just wanted to put my two cents in and tell Frank Bush something there's a dude named Frank Bush that's been giving Dollar tree a bad name now me I am Puerto Rican white and 5% African American and never and my twenty-something years have I seen Dollar tree have a rat and their store and have I never ever saw them be prejudiced towards me or anybody your comments are unprofessional and they have no sense about Dollar tree Dollar trees not like that they're very nice very kind and very respectful and they treat people how you want to be treated I will agree though there was a guy that used to work there that was really rude towards me but I think he has been fired due to they probably found out that he told me...

Update 2021: last time in there was great, store looked better than I've ever seen it and COVID rule were being followed well. Cashier was sweet.

ORIGINAL 2019: This is not the grossest nor most disorganized dollar I've been in, but pretty close. I come to expect this from most dollar stores. I've been in a lot and usually all is well. Today the woman checking out had her light on when I got in line, currently the 4th person in line. I waited all the way to the 2nd to the front and started to unload my basket when after the person in front of me was finished and she turned her light off and told me to go the next lane that already had a line of it's own. Her lane was closed. I've done retail I know when it's your turn to go you jump at it. But the rudeness about it was incredible. But not surprising. The employees aren't a highlight...
