To start they called me to tell me my engagement ring was in from repair and I was there within a half hour. When I got there they looked for my ring and pulled out an empty bag. No one was saying anything but it was extremely clear they could not find my ring. The two women went in the back to look for my ring and came back out to tell me that they have misplaced my engagement ring and that I would receive a call from the district manager. Obviously distraught and extremely upset my fiancé and I stepped out of the store to discuss what we were going to do. Then all of a sudden they came running after us saying they found it, which great however I was still extremely upset over the unnecessary emotions that came with thinking they lost the ring I had been proposed to something that can NEVER be replaced with the sentimental value of it. Now let’s get into the attire of these women are there not standards or a dress code. While they were looking for my ring one women who was wearing a flannel had nothing under neath and you could clearly see her chest the other women was wearing a dress so low cut her bra was hanging out. Now I’m sorry but that is not what I want to come in and see so extremely unprofessional. I’m completely disappointed in this location and do not believe I will be back here for any of my services which is disappointing because it’s the closest store to me. Still awaiting a call from the district manager it has literally been...
Read moreMy wife brought my watch in for a battery replacement. After a bit of time, the girl charged my wife just under $17 for the battery. After the battery was paid for my wife was advised that they were unable to put the back on my watch and they were going to have to send it out to a repair shop. They said it would be gone for a month. I received a call yesterday from the store. And they told me it would be longer than the month because they had to order parts. No one said the watch was damaged. They just said they could not get the back on the watch. I called their corporate office and was told that when they told me they were sending it out for repair. We should have known it was damaged. I asked for a contact number to the repair shop so I could find out how much damage was done to the watch. They told me they would not give me a phone number or a name or address of the shop. So basically I have a watch that was in brand new condition. Having its first battery change and now I have no idea how much damage was done to it or any way of contacting someone to find out where it is or how much damage is done. The woman on their corporate level was very condescending and rude. Changing a battery should not be an incident that requires sending a watch out for repair. Charging for the battery, just adds insult to injury. Incredibly poor service all around. They did say they have to buff out the case so I'm sure that was...
Read moreWorst experience ever! Once they take your money they suddenly don’t care. On December 16th, I purchased an engagement ring and got the wedding wrap at the same time, because they were on sale. I had them sent out for sizing and specifically said to make sure they don’t get soldered together. The woman literally said “I’ll package them as separate rings to be sized only, so there won’t be any mix up.” When I went to pick them up, on December 30th, I couldn’t believe they came back soldered together. I was told “Sorry, mistakes happen”. But it was more than just a mistake. They had to be sent back because you can’t give a full wedding set as an engagement ring. Now I was going to miss the day I was going to propose. A day I had picked out for almost a full year, So that was ruined. I finally got notified the rings were back on January 9th. Nothing to even compensate for the terrible experience knowing I still need a wedding band and have had an account with them for around 25 years. An account that is paid off in full, including these rings. Then, to top it off, as we were leaving the store, the woman yells out “Sorry we ruined your special day” in front of everyone. I think that should be their new slogan. We still need a wedding band and some earrings, but I think I’ll be looking for a company with better manners and better...
