Five Below — Local services in Town of Plattsburgh

This place is pretty mid. I'm not sure if every Five Below is like this or not but all the registers are self-checkout and the only people actually working the store stand by the door and generally don't do much. The store isn't maintained incredibly well (it's somewhat dirty and there are always things in the wrong place). Their product selection has really gone downhill in the last few years. Five Below used to have everything but now they just sell a bunch of expensive but low quality junk that nobody cares for. The store is small but always has a lot of people making it...

Very friendly staff but horrible managers. Went into the store to buy a few items and was greeted by Frankie by the registers. As I was checking out I witnessed two managers(One Male named Eric, One Female named Arianna) belittling and putting them down. Eric was also loudly cursing them out in front of everyone to hear. These managers seem to be creating an unfriendly and hostile working environment that was also making customers uncomfortable and left Frankie in tears. They seem unfit for their positions, and I will not be shopping here again until...

me and my bf were at the mall carrying around our suitcase waiting to check into our hotel because we had to wait for a rental car, and when we walked into the store a blonde worker made a really rude comment stating “we dont have beds here” then we kept walking and she just kept staring at us...
