Ehh. Now that games are done by card and not tokens and tickets it's not as exciting. My daughter loved to see the tickets she won and being able to visually see winnings and not calculate on a card. The workers now hide in the back the whole time. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes just to get points transfered from 2 cards to 1. She was unfriendly and acted annoyed to do a simple job. I'd just call it zone now.. Drop the fun. We will just go to Watertown or Massena for arcade fun now.
Note: this used to be a 2 but had to change to a 5 after new management. The last few times we went, she was very attentive and very friendly. Totally changed my perception. I havent been in a while sice covid so Im not sure whats going on now, but I wanted to make sure to edit since they were doing so...
Read moreHello! This arcade is smaller than average but very fun! Lots of games including: Claw Machines, Air Hockey, Car games, etc. I see alot of people are complaining about the small space, in reality they cannot really help it. And always remember it is in a mall. I have all good experiences in this area! Yes, you have to spend money to play but it is very fun for children and even adults! Read moreThis is low-key the most mid arcade ever. It's pretty tiny but it has a decent amount of machines. Although it has a decent amount of machines the games aren't all that great. The prizes are overpriced and there are very few of them. The prizes counter has different hours than the actual arcade itself which means if you don't time you visit correctly you might not be able to cash in your tickets. If you're looking for an arcade in the area I would recommend going to Champy's Fun City instead which is about a mile...
