ItCon — Local services in Town of Ramapo

I have found over the past three years that the technicians at ItCon have been very skilled in solving problems that have come up with my computer and the computers of others at my agency. However, even more than their expertise, I have been continuously thankful for their tremendous patience when answering my questions. I am not computer savvy, so, I have really appreciated that whenever any one of the technicians got on the line to assist me, his or her kindness when speaking to me helped me to keep my dignity intact. They have a team of competent techs available around the clock to assist with any IT needs.

In my opinion, speed of response is the most important thing to look for in an IT company; ItCon's team responds immediately to every ticket submitted, from a stupid printer issue to more serious stuff. They are usually resolved by the end of the day.

If something is really urgent for the moment (I mean on the second...) you will usually have the tech at your assistance right then and there with your first phone call.

Here at Astar Home Capital we have tried many different companies for our IT needs, and we had nothing but miserable nightmares, but then we were lucky enough to find ItCon, and boy-oh-boy nobody comes even remotely close to them, they are really the top of the line, they handle everything from top to bottom like a fine tuned machine!
