EDIT In the owners reply to my unfavorable review of the food at the diner, they accused me of being associated with their competition. I am 100% not associated with their competition or with any restaurant. I just enjoy more flavorful food at other restaurants.
Original Post I was sad to find out the Indian Restaurant was closed and they turned it into a diner. My husband and I have gone to the diner for breakfast and lunch. Our breakfast experience was just okay. I got the challah french toast. It was flat, a bit dry, and lacked flavor. My husband had the burrito which without hot sauce was also pretty bland.
After the disappointing breakfast experience we decided to give it one more chance and go for lunch. I ordered a burger which also lacked flavor. It didn't seem to be seasoned at all. Fries were good, but I wouldn't come back here just to get fries.
The Thai chili wings were crispy and good flavor. They were very small but a decent price. Also, not something we would come back here for. Overall, we are disappointed and most likely not coming back. =( We hope the Indian restaurant reopens.

Read moreThis diner is an absolute treasure and hands-down the best in the area! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with a warm, friendly atmosphere that feels like home. The staff is incredible—always attentive, kind, and genuinely happy to make your dining experience enjoyable.
The food is everything you’d hope for from a classic diner and more. Whether you’re craving breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they have it all, and every dish is cooked to perfection. Their pancakes are fluffy and golden, the omelets are loaded with fresh ingredients, and the burgers are juicy and packed with flavor. And let’s not forget the fries—crispy, golden, and totally addictive!
The portions are generous, the prices are super reasonable, and everything always comes out piping hot and fresh. They also have great daily specials and desserts that are hard to resist. Their homemade pies and milkshakes are the perfect way to end any meal.
On top of that, the diner is always clean and comfortable, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal, whether you’re dining solo or with friends and family. If you’re looking for a go-to spot with amazing food, excellent service, and a cozy vibe, this diner is the place to be. Highly...
Read moreI visited Adaraka for the first time this week. Few things impressed me as a customer: General impression: Indian restaurants have a reputation of serving same dishes without much creativity - NOT at Adaraka. In addition to authentic and expected dishes, they have options which are usually not served in an Indian restaurant. They even offer organic, gluten free, and healthy options (It’s about time - Thank you, Adaraka). Owner was present and he mentioned that they source the meat directly from the supplier - that’s a plus.
Ambiance: Staff was attentive and polite. I saw them cleaning the common areas throughout the night and all staff were wearing mask. Visiting during the pandemic, this was comforting to see. Ample parking in front and in a nearby free parking lot (1 minute walk).
My favorites: Sham Shavera (with Goat cheese!) and Lasuni Gobi (Fried Cauliflower) were great appetizers. I love goat cheese, so I was more than happy to see it multiple dishes including Naan. I tried the Nilagiri and Chettinad curry with Naan/ rice (Yummm!!). Special Diwali desert - Kaju Katli (Cashew) was a perfect ending to a...
