I recently purchased multiple shades for my house from Lanera. Sally was very helpful in helping me pick the right shades including matching to my paint colors. The shades arrived within 3 weeks and installation happened as soon as they arrived.

The installation headed by Steve was smooth and very professional. One of the motorized shades I ordered had a clicking sound when used. Steve went ahead and ordered a new shade from Hunter Douglas for me and had it installed and tuned.
