So thrilled with our new blinds!! From start to finish the experience was seamless. I called, discussed my needs, Angela set a consult appointment. Ben & Angela arrived for the consult on time. Respecting my request to mask (without issue), they were personable, knowledgeable and made it clear they would do a great job, focused on a positive outcome and customer friendly experience! Having moved here from Virginia, where customer service is paramount, (something New York is getting better at), I was sold, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. Suhey installed new blinds in the living, dining and bedroom. Five windows done quickly and efficiently. Only one small issue once the evening arrived, which was the dining room blinds, they protruded from the top a little too much so didn't offer the privacy required. I emailed Angela, attached a photo and she agreed. She immediately made arrangements to rectify the concern, and today Suhey returned to readjust the blinds, which was once again done quickly, after understanding the issue Suhey had my back and was finished within minutes (no muss/no fuss). I had an incredible experience with Budget Blinds of New Rochelle. Angela, Ben, and Suhey were amazing. My first point of contact was with Angela. She came to my home and patiently showed me shade samples until I finally decided on one that worked best with my wall. I later became indecisive about my original shade choice, so Angela and Ben came back to my home to show me shade samples again. They assured me that it wasn't a problem because they wanted me to be happy with my choice. Suhey did the installation of my shade. She's a gem who is a stickler for detail, and she patiently dealt with my tedious nitpicking. Once the shade was hung, it tilted slightly askew at the bottom due to the window measurements being slightly off. Suhey called Ben, who again assured me that they would do whatever it took to fix it and make me happy. And they did! Suhey came back twice to make sure that everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Ben even offered to throw in a free valance when I wasn't happy with the hardware and the esthetics of the fix.
