I stopped by at 9:45 PM on Wednesday December 27, 2023. In my order included a large fry for my daughter. After waiting long line on drive thru, we get all food, but we didn't get large fry, instead we got a regular size of fry which is just fill up half of container. I work in customer service, so I rarely have any complaint. However this is too bad for a large fry. I posted pictures, let look at pictures and see how bad a large side they gave me. I turned my car back to thr line of drive thru, and decided to file a complaint, even I know we have to wait in line. The lady behind the drive thru window looked at the fry and raised her eye brown. She called the manager over to talk to me, and she told him that I ordered a large fry. I ask the manager to double check if this was a large size many times, but he always confirmed that the large size of fry and nothing wrong. He showed me a small size container and confirm I had large size. I told him this is regular size, not large one that I paid for as show in my receipt. Also, I want to order another fry because this is so little for my daughter. He told me he don't want to take my order anymore and would not talk to me. I replied I have to talk because I paid for a large fry which I didn't get it. He asked the lady close the drive thru window. She did close the window. The day after I came back to ask for owner or owner number, I saw the same manager I talked to last night. He replied the owner wasn't here and he doesn't have owner number. Read moreI went to the North syracuse Taco Bell on Saturday the 22nd and was very disappointed with my experience. I want to preface this by saying that the employees seemed very nice and polite, but were obviously very overwhelmed and frustrated, perhaps they were understaffed that night. I had placed a mobile order for pickup, and was in line for over a half hour waiting for it to be prepared. Sadly though, when I had finally received my food and went home, the cheesy Gordita crunch that I had ordered was not in my bag. I was a bit irritated because I feel like after waiting such a long time in line, I just wish that everything that I ordered was included before it was given to me. I had used reward points on it that I could have saved instead of wasting. My steak quesadilla had good flavor, but there were two pieces of the shell that had legitimately no cheese or steak in them. I had paid extra to upgrade my soft taco to a soft taco supreme, but no tomatoes or sour cream was in it when I had opened it. Everything was very soggy and greasy, I’m assuming because the line was so long, my food may have been made and then just sat there for a while, getting luke-warm and soggy. I frequent Taco Bell and do plan on continuing because I understand everyone has off days. I would really appreciate a refund for my order however, considering most of it was not hot, and things were missing. Read moreWe ordered our food using the self-serve kiosks around 8:11pm, and did not walk out of the restaurant until 8:41pm, with the wrong food that was asked to be remade. We watched people come in after us, and get orders that were WAY bigger than ours before we got our food. We got 6 items. When I asked the girl up front if she knew where our food was in the process, because people with big orders are getting their food before ours, she said “i don’t know. it’s getting made.” we asked her if she knew where it was in the line up, and if it would be much longer we would like a refund because at this point we had waited 25 minutes. She rolled her eyes, laughed, and said “i don’t know, what do you want me to do?” and walked away. She also said they were “too busy” as well to be dealing with this. When a worker in the back came up and asked about our order, I again asked if he knew where in the line up our food was, and if not, could he please grab someone who can issue a refund. He replied “i don’t know, im new here. I just make the food” and walked away. No manager was in sight, other guests were very clearly irate as well. Our order was handed to us, missing items. I spoke with another girl, who was very polite about the situation, and she clearly told them what i was missing… and they gave me the incorrect food.
