I don't understand these reviews that "Jane is the best." I went here twice, once in 2022 and once in 2023 both visits Jane was awful to me. Mean. You're already nervous about your blood draw and she makes the experience worse. The first time i went i was uninsured and she wasn't familiar with my doctor so it took about 30 mins for her to figure it out, all the while yelling at me about how expensive it was going to be and how much bloodwork i needed which was her inconvenience. The second time I went in without an appt. Admittedly i told her I wanted to try as a walk in and she was so angry and uncivilized. I knew there was a chance i'd get turned away the yelling was unnecessary. Go to Kingston- so good there!...
