Poor quality leather furniture. We are on our third attempt at getting all the pieces we want without any manufacturing defects. This is the last attempt before we return the entire livingroom set. Macy's mode of operation seems to be to deliver you defective furniture ,then try to talk you into accepting a repair technician to come to assess your "brand new" furniture. We aren't particularly picky people but the defects are unacceptable. It would be nice to get what we paid for. more........

The sales associate, Guy,approached us and proceeded to give us a tour of all the leather furniture we were searching for. Guy couldn't have been more charming and and informed us of all our options. Once we received our sofa and recliner, which we loved,we had a few questions that were on our minds. The manager of the store,Shawn Ryan,answered all our questions and more importantly, called us back almost immediately. From our experience, we have found that the treatment a company shows its customers is just as important as the quality of the merchandise .. We will definitely return for any future...
