Poor quality leather furniture. We are on our third attempt at getting all the pieces we want without any manufacturing defects. This is the last attempt before we return the entire livingroom set. Macy's mode of operation seems to be to deliver you defective furniture ,then try to talk you into accepting a repair technician to come to assess your "brand new" furniture. We aren't particularly picky people but the defects are unacceptable. It would be nice to get what we paid for. more........

FIVE DELIVERIES, EXCHANGES, AND A TECHNICIAN TO ADD STUFFING TO BRAND NEW PIECE..finally have decent pieces after weeks and weeks. DO NOT shop here. and especially do not purchase the Myars livingroom..it will all be delivered with sub-standard...

From the very beginning of our stepping into the showroom,my husband and I were impressed with the quality of the furniture on display. The sales associate, Guy,approached us and proceeded to give us a tour of all the leather furniture we were searching for. Guy couldn't have been more charming and and informed us of all our options. Once we received our sofa and recliner, which we loved,we had a few questions that were on our minds. The manager of the store,Shawn Ryan,answered all our questions and more importantly, called us back almost immediately. From our experience, we have found that the treatment a company shows its customers is just as important as the quality of the merchandise .. We will definitely return for any future...

DO NOT ORDER A MATTRESS FROM MACYS!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A SUPERVISOR LIED TO ME AND NEVER CALLED ME BACK!! I RECEIVED 3 DAMAGED MATTRESS !! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN... WAY BETTER EVERYTHING!! IM DONE WITH MACYS!! IT ENDED BY A SUPERVISOR FROM MACY NUMBER THAT THE ASSOCIATE CALLED, HUNG UP ON ME AND ASSOCIATE!! SO NOBODY HELPED ME AND HAD TO RETURN! I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW I WAS TREATED!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

UPDATE- the manager called me, Apologized and told me he was going to send me a gift card. It's been over three weeks now and I never received a gift card.!!! I am done...
