DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I returned a purse through the mail due to the fact that it was poorly made and I wanted a refund. (The zipper pulls fall off and become lost. Then how does one open a purse?) I contacted customer service, gave my explanation and obtained a return mailing label. Francesca's mailed the same purse back to me with their return policy highlighted in yellow and no further explanation. Businesses who believe in high quality customer service and desire happy customers will accept a return at any time when a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of a product. This company only seems to care about insulting a customer as they took the time to send the same purse back. For shame...

Worst staff ever. Came on Black Friday and was cashed out by the rudest girl ever. Seemed like she may have been a manager. Was blonde in about her 30-40’s. Cashier had the receipt on the counter and handed me back my change, followed by her pushing the receipt across the counter to me as she turned around and carried on her conversation with her coworker without saying one word to me. Like idk maybe have a nice day?? Something? If you have a bad attitude or are just an unhappy person please don’t work in retail.
