I had the pleasure of shopping at J Jill at Eastview Mall this week. It was like a high-end boutique versus a regular mall store. The women were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made suggestions to create outfits and how to wear various pieces in a variety of ways. And they were so helpful in the dressing room, volunteering to bring alternate sizes and more. Tricia gave me great service today . This the the best customer service I've had at this store. She took the time to gather items I might like while I was trying on. Also manager gave me the promo a day early as I bought a few items . I appreciate their taking care.of a customer. As I have the j jill card I also received 15% off...
