My experience today made me want to cancel my card and never shop here again. My friend and I went in and she was looking to return a top that she bought and they kept pushing her to exchange it and be overly pushy. One girl just kept saying why donāt you try this. She got to the counter to return it the lady kept saying thereās a bunch of new stuff why donāt you go look at stuff to exchange it with ( after we already were pushed with the people in the front of the store) and the lady was asking for a loyalty card which we had no clue what it was. She then said in a rude tone well if you donāt have it then you canāt return this item. I was with her when she bought the item she never received a loyalty card. So the associate kept telling her she canāt return it (which went on for a couple minutes of us trying to explain we used it on the purchase versus receiving one) and eventually she realizes she was reading the receipt wrong. When I went to go pick out a bra the lady was on me saying are you going to get the matching set? The set is over here what size are you? Never have I ever been this pushed and followed in a store. The manager told me I wouldnāt be receiving $10 off for an exchange. I said OK then Iāll just return the 3 items and re-buy the same items with the correct sizes, with the $10 off coupon. She said nevermind Iāll just do it in 1 transaction and refund the $10. She didnāt even need my card again for this transaction; thatās how easy it was. There was absolutely no reason for her to act like she couldnāt process my request initially. I have worked retail before and I know how it works. We're either inundated with a plethora of sales associates before we even look at anything, or there's only one associate at the cash register with a long line of customers, and no associates helping her. The sizing for my daughter was ridiculous, the associate told my daughter to mimic her sizing technique, and it was completely different from another competitor. She was also not allowed to try on the bras. So we have no idea if they'll fit, and of course they didn't when we got home. What a waste of money, time.
