This Pandora location is awful. You don't get greeted and I waited almost 30-45 mins to be helped and noone cared or acknowledges to help you or at least let you to know they will be right with you. I went to get a cleaning done on my ring and I was told " no you can't get this done today, its a busy day" I think that was completley unprofessional and you definatley shouldnt turn customers away. Every customer is just as important ,either buying something, refunding, or cleaning an item. Customer service is terrible and wouldnt recommend...
