Computer Repair World — Local services in Town of Wallkill

I want to commend Michael for his superior service. I am a 45 year I.T. professional who has done business with many computer repair businesses for both commercial and personal computer systems. Although there are repair shops much closer to me, I based my selection of Computer Repair World on the 4.9 star rating on Google. The 4.9 rating is well deserved.

Michael was thorough and clear on what parts he would use to upgrade my MacBook Pro. His price quote was very reasonable and even though he had to open the machine twice which was not anticipated, he stuck by his quote.

Computer Repair World services both Macs and PCs which is perfect for us, as we use both. Michael’s professionalism is rare among us “computer geeks”. His customer service is polished and personable.

Why didn't I go sooner?! How much time did I waste waiting for my screen to refresh? The major reason - I didn't know where to go, who to trust. Going by the great Google reviews, I chose Computer Repair World. Michael is an EXPERT (and down-to -earth friendly!) tech who cleaned my laptop inside and out, and it's whizzing along now. I wasn't sure if it was worth putting money into it or not, He assured me it was and that it is still a decent machine. I've saved a lot not having to buy another laptop! I will also have proper backups being taken now which helps me sleep better at night. Totally recommend! Reasonable pricing too! Another tidbit? Michael designs and builds outrageous "souped up" PC's with Robot type themes, straight out of a futuristic movie. I told him it's like Orange County Choppers but for Computers and PC's! hhaha ...

I’ve relied on Mike at Computer Repair World in Middletown to fix my iMac, MacBook Air, and multifunction printer, and I can’t recommend him enough! I’m not sure if I’ve left a review here before, but I wanted to make sure I did this time.

Mike, thank you so much for saving me money and extending the life of my equipment! You rescued my iMac when the hard drive crashed, fixed my printer issues in the past, and now updated the hard drive on my MacBook Air. It’s so frustrating how Apple pushes upgrades without offering easy hardware upgrade options, but with you around, I can keep my devices running like new.
