I am the father of a family of 6 and it was a while since we had been to Olive Garden. I was surprised, and not in a good way at the quality of the food. The bread sticks were dry and tasted old like they were sitting for a while, no one at the table liked them, from the youngest to the oldest. The salad was good and was the same standard olive garden salad you would expect, the soups were OK, I got zuppa and gnocchi, they were not quite as good as I remembered them from the past, but they were acceptable. The meal I ordered was chicken margherita, all I can say was it was gross. Something was seriously wrong with it, I love pesto, basil, garlic and all the ingredients listed on this meal, but something was very bad with it, I ate all the broccoli on the side and only 2 bites of the chicken, I had my wife taste and she agreed. I did not ask for a new meal or refund as I chalked it up to a lesson learned and that this is just not the place for me. The server did notice my meal not eaten and asked if I wanted it wrapped, when I declined she just grabbed it without even a word on if I had an issue with it. I was also surprised my family of 6 with an 11 month old, 2 year old, 7 year old and 9 year old were seated in the bar, which was a small space and felt a bit awkward for the family night out, I get you need to spread the customers out for servers but I think that space was more suited to pairs, tables of 4 at the most and if a table of 6 maybe an older group, again I did not ask to be reseated, I just say this is not the place for me. My daughter did like the macaroni and cheese, my 2 year old was eating her pasta with sauce, my son said the pizza wasn't the best, the french fries were good, my wife's chicken Alfredo was decent. I didn't get sick or anything after eating that chicken, but it was bad enough where I was waiting for it to happen in the following hours. I left a review of my experience on the table machine as well but nothing came of it, no follow up or anything, managers were not around either, that was a question on the review, if management visited the table, they did not, perhaps the issue with this location is a lack of quality control due to poor management. Sorry Olive garden not the...
Read moreAte here on 11/20/21, and while the food was fine, i was stunned as how awful this place is compared to a typical Olive Garden.
Waited 10 min for a table despite being able to see a dozen empty tables, including one in the bar area a few yards away(the hostess said we couldn’t sit there because that table “hasn’t been cleaned” - It had a beer bottle on it). 10 minutes later when we were shown to a table in the dining room, the bottle was still there and the table still empty.
The bathroom was a mess. Overflowing garbage cans, paper towel dispensers empty, everything wet and dirty.
The dining area was filthy. There were scraps of paper and food bits all over the carpet as we approached the table. The table we were shown to was dirty - big sticky areas all over it. Someone came and wiped it with a wet rag. Sat down to find the sticky mess was still there - just now the tabletop was soaking wet as well. I had to get paper towels and wipe if off myself.
Service was slow. We saw the server rarely when the chicken came out, it wasn’t what I ordered. The food was good though, no complaints there.
If you like Sangria,do NOT order it here.I made the mistake of ordering a glass, but what arrived didn’t resemble sangria (which is dark red wine with fruit and sugar) at all - it was a sickly sweet Hawaiian Punch flavored drink with a couple bits of orange in it. There may have been some wine in there, but if so it wasn’t red wine. This drink could be described as a “berry cooler” I guess, but calling it sangria...
Read moreHi for all those who like lots of salad 🥗 refills bread 🍞 refills and or nice attentive customer service this ain't your place. Food wise I got total water 💧 down soup Tuscana 🍲 practical no meat hardly any kale and never asked if I wanted another one, server annoyed by me wanting alot of cheese 😑 like seriously it's why I like olive garden foe the cheese 🧀 on my every dish 👀also dehydrating my way thru due to server lack of refilling nothing. I did finally get attention from a food runner or busser who when I asked for water he yelled in front of me annoyed by either myself or colleague for her to refill my water 💧 🤔 yea I felt embarrassed about it 😅 I wanted more bread sticks and those were sorta hardish not too fluffy inside pretty sad but hoped next batch was better and for my pasta it was dried up decided to take home to add more sauce myself to it and make it creamier. Btw DONT come here foe never ending pasta deal not your location they do not do the never ending special. I did ask for this when I first arrived and from then after server reacted completely irritated from my question however I did notice her lack of service for party next to us one of guests was asking the other while server left if there were more breads I suppose it's her normal to not bring breadsticks . So yea this place idk needs some tweaks. Iv gone to better places and I usually ask for the specials and have not gotten such horrendous Cust/Service 😅. Top it location was tad forgotten looking bit...
