went there early afternoon today. when i went to check out (with one $2 candle and seven .30c candles) the younger guy working behind the counter didn't acknowledge me until i said i was all set, proceeded to charge me the wrong price for the .30c candles (i used my card to pay and he gave me the little receipt showing he priced the candles at $1 each) and when i pointed it out to him he went over to the candle section, to candles that were much bigger and in a basket on the ground and tried to point out how those were $1. i told him those were not in fact the candles i picked out, i showed him the correct ones on the counter above the basket, with the little sign in front of them stating they were .30c. he admitted he over charged me, then when we went back to the counter/register, he wanted to give me cash back, and he couldn't do the math (which okay, i get it, I'm bad at math too), but he stood there all confused and made no other effort to try and figure it out. i had to take out my phone, use my phones calculator, and figure out the math. he owed me $4.90, he gave me back $5 and said not to worry about the .10c. cool of him, but the situation was quite awkward and he wasn't very apologetic. store has a very good selection of products overall, and I've shopped here before without issue, but someone needs to give dude some more training in product prices, how to quickly figure out math, and...

This might be a little long , so bear with me! This review is almost exactly a year overdue. Last Christmas I bought a very sentimental necklace for my mom. I bought the chain , bead separators and pendant all from different shops online. When I finally got everything in the mail a few days before Christmas , I realized that the beads didn’t fit over the clasp on the chain. I went to a ton of different stores and bought a new chain , several sets of new solid gold beads and still it just wasn’t working :/ I called Sunshine Studios and spoke to the owner. She said that they had gold beads , so I went in to take a look. Upon looking they were all beautiful, but just didn’t fit with the necklace. The owner offered to take off the clasp , put the necklace together and put the clasp back on. I was so happy to finally have a solution as this was a very special gift. I was willing to pay whatever for it. She did it for me 100% free and was so sweet and helpful. You would have never even knew the clasp was removed and reattached! I went there to buy a rose quartz pendant. It is so nice. The sales girls are so nice. I'm tell you a little storyI went to get a rose quartz pendent from this store I found a nice one. So then I went to get a chain for it, but to my luck my chain that I wanted could not fit actually a couple of them could not fit. But I wanted to wear the pendent out of the store so the sales lady found a way to make it fit. Wow that was good customer service. I thought I was a pain because I wanted a chain but she made it fit with the pendent. And I thought that she gave good customer service.
