Torrid — Local services in Town of Wallkill

I made an order online on May 2. I received my order on May 17. Pretty long wait but I got a deep discount so it was fine. One of the pants was defective, so instead of chancing it, I decided to return both pairs. I called the store ahead of time to see if they would allow me to exchange the pants for a different pair, at the same discount and I would pay the difference since the pants I wanted were a few dollars more per pair. The person on the phone said they could do that. I brought the items in today and spoke with another employee, Tina. I picked my pants and went to pay and it was a lot more than I expected. I explained the discount and what I was expecting. She was very kind and understanding and explained everything from her side. I was really disappointed thinking I was had by Torrid, but Tina accommodated me and made it work. Love this store! The staff is always friendly. Never imposing. Which is great especially if you like to peruse a bit. However if you need anything they are very attentive and accommodating. They have great styles for all aspects of your fashion needs. Also they offer undergarments, shoes, and accessories. They have great sales and a very nice awards/loyalty program....

I love this store! We need shoes starting with W added asap. Some customers dont need WW. Please add W to your shoe collection. I love the shoes, clothes, accessories ect. I like the deals also. Would like to purchase more when it come to shoes, but every shoe is WW, which is not cool. But otherwise, I LOVE THIS STORE......
