Windsor — Local services in Town of Wallkill

Manager had the worst attitude was extremely confrontational. I was looking at a pile of skirts all the same for 19.90 the only one they had in XS was labeled 22.90 I found it weird the same skirt would be a different price from the rest of the pile so I ask a friendly sales associate. She also thinks it odd so ask her manager. Who with an attitude says what’s the problem she cuts the rep off telling her and say WE CAN JUST CHANGE THE PRICE FOR THE ONE SHE WANTS. We get up to the register and the nice rep asks her how to change it and with an attitude she goes I never said to change it. And looks at me and my mother and say you know I never said that. I said you can have the one you want. I said that doesn’t make sense the other one isn’t my size she say oh well can’t change prices. Even her own rep is looking at her confused. The way she said it was so confrontational as if I was trying to get over them for 2 dollars. Obviously she said she would change the price why would her own sales rep ask how to change the price if that’s not what she said. The fact that they didn’t change the price is not the issue it’s the way this woman said she wouldn’t change it. It was extremely aggressive. When we came into the store she had ripped a bag from a guys hands who was trying to switch the size of a dress he purchased the day before but didn’t have the receipt ( she helped him with that purchase )! I get working in sales is frustrating but than get a new job if your going to treat customer that way. NOT GOING BACK I PAID THE...

Went into the store looking for something to wear to my business event. Iraida greeted me the moment I walked in with a ‘good afternoon’ and a smile. I eventually asked Iraida for a bit of help looking for a size in a specific shirt, which they didn’t have. She offered to order it for me but it wouldn’t come in time for the date I would need it by. She then went out of her way to find the exact shirt in a different color to see if I wanted to give it a try since they had the size I needed. I thought why not, so tried it and it was PERFECT. It was the shirt I ended up buying( along with other items). Without her going above and beyond to help me out I would have left the store with nothing in my hand. She made it possible to be able to leave with a purchase of exactly what I needed. Definitely is the definition of great customer service and seems she loves to help others. I use to LOVE this place but the staff now is terrible!!! Pleaseeeee do whatever you can to get old staff back or at least a better one! I use to love the girls that worked there so not judgemental! So helpful! They always wanted to help and genuinely felt more of a friendship than anything. Last time I went in there I wasn’t even spoken to! Instead I was given dirty looks and attitude I believe the girl I asked for her name was Brianna something like that. SO RUDE!! TO EVERYONE! Also!!! Another visit I was spoken to by a Spanish woman with curly hair but she was totally rude constantly following me and giving me looks smh!!
