I did an iron fitting with Ned, he was awesome through the whole process. Upon completing my fitting we ordered the custom irons and I went about the waiting period. The waiting period came and went with no information on my order. Unfortunately their system was down for a week and I continued to check in on my order with no luck, some individuals who attempted to check were short with me and annoyed I was following up on my $1,000+ order. I was not thrilled with them. The floor lead Hyzekiah was awesome, made me feel heard and apologized for the situation and delays. My order had actually been cancelled by the company the clubs were coming from but this was never communicated to me. I was super annoyed and the guy who told me couldnāt have pretended to care. I was refunded at least. Move forward 2 days and I went back in to see how I could get the clubs I really wanted. Ned over with the golf department was excellent, he was apologetic, not necessary but some of the workers there could take a lesson from Ned on customer service! He helped come up with a way to get my clubs customized and in my hands. Bounus, they ended up being less money than I had originally paid due to a new sale of the clubs! Ned also double checked my measurements and metrics to ensure the club customization was perfectly dialed! Corporate office, take notice! Ned over in the golf department and your floor lead Hyzekiah saved you a 1 star review for a terrible situation. They mitigated my negative feelings toward a cruddy situation, didnāt make me feel like a burden, listened to me and fixed the problem. This 5 star review is for these two gentlemen, thank you Ned...

As I usually fly fish, I decided to pull the plug and get a whole new spinning setup rod, reel..line..lures. At the front a helpful young sales associate checked me out. When I asked if I could purchase a fishing license, the associate looked around sheepishly and finally said he would " see if the computer was working".. He had no trouble logging on, but while he did that a manager appeared from nowhere .. he leaned in front of me, and while giving the kid a nasty look, picked up and slammed down a sign on the counter that said "license processing machine temporarily out of order." And then stormed off like I didnt see what he did or was too stupid to figure out what was going on. After Herr Manager left I asked if he wasnt supposed to have sold me the license. The kid said, yeah we dont make much on the transaction and they tell us to say the machine doesnt work. If he hadnt been successful at giving me the license already, I would have.. and should have, just left the pile of equipment on the counter. Just another example of declining sevice. Well Mr Manager.. in an attempt to pinch a few minutes of service, you lost a lifelong customer. And I hope others take note. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI very rarely visit this store because letās face it itās not easy to afford high end sporting good items this day in age. Last year my parents house burnt down and my climbing Treestand was inside the garage so I finally got just enough money together to purchase a climber that I found online for $206.98 when I got there the store manager came up to me because I was looking around and asked what I was looking for and after about 15 minutes of trying to find the correct stand we realized he had it in stock but the price that I found online was incorrect. This is where customer Service comes into play because he honored the price that I found online and that made my day because without him doing that I would not have been able to afford the stand so someone give the store manager a raise or at least a hi five! Itās not easy to stay positive dealing with customers all day he couldāve easily told me to go scratch so thank you guys I got to use it this morning and I couldnāt be happier with the product. Letās make sure the entire team follows the lead of the store manager! I will definitely be visiting the store whenever I need sporting-goods. You have earned a lifetime customer!
P.s. iāve always gotten my hunting stuff at Walmart but Good customer service deserves good...
