Absolutely love this store and the ongoing experience I’ve had with Alma! I appreciate her and her level of consistent top notch service that she’s provided me!

From the moment I first walked into the store, she immediately came up to me and introduced herself. It was my first time purchasing YSL and she was so patient in helping me find the perfect item. While checking out, I received her contact details, and have been in close touch with her ever since. She keeps me in the loop of inventory and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I’m happy with my purchase. This has resulted in me spending a lot of dollars at this store; and it’s solely because of her and nothing else.

I’ve also had the pleasure of introducing her to my friends as well who have equally loved working with her as well. She also has become their “go-to” YSL partner.

Had a wonderful experience here with my daughter. We were shopping at the kids Gucci store right across the way and the sales representative, Jojo recommended that we head over to visit YSL. So he took her advice. We crossed over and there was such a beautiful display. The first person to greet us and help us was consultant, Ben. He was very patient and extremely helpful very kind polite and easy to shop with. We ended up buying a beautiful purse for my daughter and a couple of nice wallets. I apologized to him for making such a mess with pulling down so many purses and looking at so many things. He only smiled and said this is my job this is what I love to do and this is what I’m here for. To help you to decide what you like. You must look at things to decide if you like them and it is my job to make sure that you see everything that you need to see. This is why I am here. I am very happy to put things away I love my job. By far the worst Saint Laurent outlet location globally. I’m a repeat customer of the brand, but every time I walk into this store (about 5-6 times over the course of a year and a half) its always an issue. Either this store has bad karma or I don’t know.

On my very last visit to the store the sales associate put me in a dressing room full of clothes so I can try on some items of my own. I said alright, whatever. A few moments later another customer tried to barge in, while my pants were down, claiming he had the dressing room first. The cherry on top of it all is when a completely new sales associate literally tried to kick me out and copped attitude with me for being in there in the first place. What is this, a funhouse ? The Gap? I will not be returning anytime soon.

Go to Sawgrass Mills, much better experience, customer service, and better prices. Even though I live 20 minutes from Woodbury’s Saint Laurent location, I dread...
