I'm giving this a one star due to lack of communication to employees and customer. I came in with my Jamba Juice Tumbler on 01-02-24 and the server on the cash register tried to get my 10 percent off for using the tumbler. She seems to have trouble trying to give me my 10 percent and when she saw 2 more people behind me she told me that she'll let her manager know and that they can refund me my $1.15 to me debit card. I believed her and said okay and gave a tip. Now today(1-4-23) I addressed this issue with an assistant manager and she flat out told me that she cannot give me my money because I already paid and that the person that was taking my order was just their floor worker or something.    Read moreI placed a mobile order and arrived exactly at the scheduled pick-up time, but ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes. Even after 15 minutes had passed, my order still hadnât been started. I had to go up and remind the staff, and even then, they didnât begin making it right away.
Whatâs the point of setting a pick-up time if you canât stick to it? Using the app was supposed to save time, but itâs actually slower than ordering in person. This kind of disorganized system and lack of accountability is really frustrating. If the mobile ordering system doesnât work, donât advertise it as a convenient option.

When the lady âEmiliaâ finally acknowledged me she said I can take my own order on the kiosk.
Finally ordered my orange/ carrot juice and bowl after about 5 min
Then she proceeded to tell me they are out of carrots and can not make the juice..
