My sister, mother and I had the worst experience ever in customer service at this Macy’s location #386. We seen a sales section that had not only 1 but 3 signs saying 9.96 and under for comforters, bedding and home items. As we were looking my mother said excitedly that the items were 9.96 and a cashier came over laughing saying they not 9.96. Also the Merchandising manager Michelle came over and started to add on thinking we were delusional and we asked if they could honor the deal and she wasn’t giving clear enough answers so we ask for the store lead manager instead of getting Brianna who was working in that area Michelle went all the way to the back and got Rebecca. While we were still dealing with Michelle she was being very disruptive and wasn’t even listening to what we were saying or just wasn’t trying to hear us. But as we move to Rebecca, she was cutting us off she wouldn’t give us the corporate number, store ID, basically no information, she said she was uncomfortable with giving us that. She was giving us such a hard time and didn’t even honor all of our items she honor one and try to give one Macy’s cash. And they brung us to the tight fragrance register with comforter sets to get the deal only because Rebecca didn’t know how to even use a register and she’s store manager but the Fragrance Sales Associate Anastasia not only helped us with information on the store and knew store policies. But finally after that chaos we talked to Brianna who is also a Store Lead Manager who knew store policies. She helped us we the situation, knew all store policies and really had us leave feeling better about Macy’s. We told Brianna about the situation and told us of what should have happened in a professional matter. Rebecca and Michelle should either be re-trained and/or fired. They treated us totally different from other people and try to separate us from the store. Also treating me very different because I wasn’t talking over anyone and they didn’t try to honor me or give me Macy’s cash at all they brush me off which made me highly upset. Read moreI don’t even want to give a star how bad the service I had today. I had a terrible experience with the store lead manger Rebecca and the Merchandising manger Michelle. There was 3 signs up saying the sale was $9.96 and under for clearance home comforters and blankets. As we were looking a cashier came and laughed and said these are not 9.96 and then the Merchandising manager Michelle came and confirmed with the cashier it wasn’t 9.96 but there was too many signs up saying it was for that to be a mistake. The cashier and Michelle took the signs down and then try to make it like I was making it up that the signs were there and basically making it like we just was trying to get over on them which wasn’t the case. Michelle try to quickly shut us up and just give us Macy Money not even listening to what we have to say. So I asked for the Store Lead Manager Rebecca. When she came over with giving the same narrative and wasn’t no help. We ask her for basic store information and she didn’t know any of it and when we ask for the store ID number she said she was uncomfortable to give it out. She made us take our huge comforters to the Fragrance counter because the cashier there Anastasia knew more than the STORE LEAD MANAGER. She gave us the information we needed and was a great help and honored one of the comforters for the price we seen. But after that we heard there was more than one store lead manager and the other one Brianna. Such a great help we explain to her the disrespectful conversation we had with Rebecca and also the lies she fed us even telling us she would be right back with all the information which she did not bring back she left to the back where she was to begin with. "She never told me it was a mistake just gave me the total I figured it out myself when the total was way to much" She seen there was a sales tag on it but didn't have the sense to let me know she just rang it up and charged me regular price.The other sales woman I spoke to said she can't help it if customers change the tag and put it on a sales rack. So I didn't buy it she said she would put it where it was supposed to be. I came back an hour later and there again same ring was on the sales rack with the same tag on it for $8.19 so I went back to the counter tried to purchase it again for the sales price again she said it was a mistake the ring was not on sale. Beware of this store it sets consumers up who are not paying attention at the register you think your getting products that are on sale because that's what the tag has on it but thats not the case it's called bait and switch.
