Today my friend asked me to take her to eat at this restaurant, our order was taken around 8:35 and was delivered at 8:58. When Sarah took our order, she didn't let us know that closing time was at 9. At 9:10 in a very rude way, she told us we had to leave because they closed at 9. To which I replied that she had delivered my food 10 minutes ago and her response was "IM SORRY BUT YOU HAVE TO LEAVE" very rude 3 more times she asked me to leave and we didn't, just because at the end of the day, I paid for a service and full price for a dinner that I could not even enjoy due to the attitude of this young lady, who claimed to be the manager. This girl lacks manners and kindness. I do not understand who could believe that this girl is qualified for a position like the one she holds. In one of her phrases, she told me DIDN'T YOU SEE THAT THE PEOPLE LEFT BECAUSE WE CLOSE AT 9? To which I responded, "I'M NOT BLIND." I think that by the time she took my order, she could have let me know they were closing and that my food would take a while to be ready, giving me the option of dining there or going somewhere else where I would have been treated with more respect and my business would be appreciated. I’m so disappointed at the fact that I’ve spent over $1,290 on meals to only have half my team take the day off due to stomach aches and when I called the store the owner/manager said he’d be able to apply a 5% Discount off my next order and he can give me ONE FREE PLATE!!! Can you believe this guy!!!!! I’m going to pursue a civil case against this location and get my full refund along with compensation reimbursement for my employees at Amazon for having to take off of work. They WILL mess something up everytime! Portions are getting smaller and smaller and presentation of food is messy. Never Doordash this place because you will recieve an entirely different order and Never with Any Sauce! Love the food but super disappointed with service lately. It's been months since I ate here and it used to be my favorite. Just ordered here and recieved entirely wrong order with no sauce. Better then last time when I ordered extra sides which I never recieved. Waste of $38!! I hate the beef and that's what I recieved today. Wish I got the chicken katsu plate I ordered.
