I won't be returning to this store. I used to frequent it and take friends in there when they needed vape and supplies. I went in for just a coil tonight, 06/17/ 2025. For some reason, I always mix up which coil I need, so I take my vape in so they staff can choose the correct one for me. The one he gave me seemed like it was the one, but those particular ones always look so much alike. Anyway, I paid cash this time. Put in my pocket. Got into my company car. Drove to Safeway, the last stop after working all day, decided I would put the new coil in before I went into get groceries that way it would be ready for use when I got back in the car. Well, as I pushed through the foil back and removed my used one, it was apparently that the new one wasn't the correct one. So, instead of going into Safeway, I went right back to Hippie Hut. I so hate retuning/exchanging items ! Hate it! But I had to get that dirty coil I've been puffing on replaced, so I went back to the store RIGHT AWAY. The guy argued with me tonight. He said, "That's not the one I gave you." "What do you mean? I just left here with it, went to Safeway parking lot, realized it was wrong, and drove right back here!" He said, "I don't know where you got that one!" Wtf?? He talked to me like I was one of his tweeker customers running some kind of scam, though three hours later, I still can't figure out what that would be. ?? Especially for $6. Anyways, he quickly snapped, "Well, we can't take any coils back." I was appalled and needed a proper coil, so I said whatever and paid for another one and told him to throw the one he gave me away. Cuz I have no use for it. It doesn't fit mine.
But three hours later, I normally would have let this go, but you don't treat all your customers like they are the tweekers or scamming!! I have worked all of my life and already retired once. I am working on my second retirement, this time with my own company.
I don't want my money back, so there is no need to respond to this review. I don't care who the guy was that worked tonight. He doesn't matter. I'm not coming back to give him another opportunity to treat ME like that again. And I won't be recommending anyone else there to be treated like that either.
Good luck to you and your company. I guess you have plenty of the "other" customers who may keep you in business for a little while. Maybe.
Take care.
I forgot to mention that I had waited at least 25 minutes to even get the first coil because he had many customers in the store, and he was by himself. It's not my problem. But he could give all the customers the same quality of time. Anyway, none of it matters anymore. There are many other vape stores that treat their customers...
Read moreI wanna give this place 5 stars but unfortunately I can’t, I purchased a Foger Vape from this store the other day tried it in the store and it worked, not even 24 hours later it stopped working. Will hold a charge just won’t hit so I took it in the next day just wanting an exchange seeing as how I wasn’t even able to use it for more than 24 hours before it shit out on me and not to mention the tank is still FULL OF JUICE I mean I honestly to god barley got to use it. However when I went in to see if I could exchange it I was told “no” I understand they have signs posted to try it before you leave WHICH I DID and it worked just fine but I feel like there should be exceptions to that rule because now I’m out $25 AND a vape and I just took a broke defective product from them and they just came up on $25 and I don’t know about in your world but in mine that is constituted as THEFT. It’s just not right because now I’m out a vape until I can afford one again…. I could understand IF THE VAPE WASNT FULL OF JUICE AND BRAND NEW but because it was and I clearly just got it and was hardly able to use it you would have thought they would have at least swapped it out I mean it’s not like I was asking for a cash refund or anything… So basically they get to keep my money even though they sold me a broken malfunctioning product? In what world is that on and in what world is that not considered THEFT signs up or not telling you to try it in store because I DID AND IT...
Read moreUnfortunately I had a very bad experience with them I went in to purchase some coils for my vape and I was recommended that I get a certain type of coil by the employee the employee unfortunately gave me the wrong coils I didn't realize this until I needed to replace my coil two to three days later during that time I was in the hospital on the 5th day I was just charged from the hospital I stopped in to Hippie Hut to try to replace the right coils with my cash receipt and I was told that they cannot do anything about that after 48 hours I said where does it say this no return after 48 Hours he directed me to a sign that is only 2 ft off the ground in front of the checkout area for 90% of the time people are standing so all in all I'm stuck with coils that I paid over $25 almost $30 for that I have no use for I once did enjoy shopping there let's feel that this policy needs to be looked into especially with people that come in with their cash receipt and it's less than 7 days especially under certain circumstances where an individual is in the hospital thank you for...
