The food is absolutely delicious and made well with high-quality ingredients. I've only had the vietnamese sandwiches so far, but coming from a vietnamese background and growing up eating out at a lot of vietnamese restaurants, and I was extremely impressed with the flavor and qualify, especially for the price. Extra points for getting the smokey flavor into the meat!
The restaurant is also exceptionally clean and beautiful. I can't wait to have my spouse take me on a date here. I think this will also become my go-to restaurant for when family comes to visit. It's definitely a new gem to the area.
The staff was also very polite and respectful. It's a family owned business. You can tell they put a lot of love and care into the design of the restaurant and into the quality of the food.
I'll absolutely be coming back in the future to work my way through the menu and to get pictures of the delicious food.
Thank you for opening up...
Read moreOrdered the grilled pork chop with fried egg and bánh mì sandwich to share with my wife. Both were delicious and the portions were great. The total bill was like 25 bucks before tip. Wife and I were definitely full after the meal. The grilled pork chop was really moist and tender. It was marinated well and although not exactly the same, I'd say it is comparable to kalbi that you would get at Korean restaurant as far as tenderness and texture goes. Veggies were fresh and tasty. I would definitely come back for the sandwich too. We got it with pork and it was perfect. Fresh bun, perfect ratio of veggies to meat and great heat with the jalapeño. If you haven't checked it out, I'd give it a try! The folks here are really nice, attentive to the needs of the customer, and provide an excellent service. Restaurant was spotless and newly renovated. Thanks so much for the meal! We...
Read moreThis place is beautiful but the food is just not great. The large spring roll had nothing but noodles and 1 shrimp, the sauce is super weird and sweet. No peanut sauce, just this very odd textured sweet sauce. We got a vermicelli noodle bowl and it was sooo dry because they filled the cup of sauce (the sauce that literally makes this dish good or not) 1/4 of the way. It came with very little chicken, lettuce and the chicken it did have way very overcooked and seemed old. I really wanted to like this place but the staff if oblivious and the food seems like it’s being made as cheap as possible. I had to ask for condiments… my taro tea was so sweet I couldn’t finish it. Unfortunately we will not be as we have tried this place 3 times now and only the pho has been good. Nothing else on the menu has...
