Taco Rico is back and amazing as always! When they closed their original location we were so depressed - they had the best quesabirria we've ever had. When we heard that they were coming back with a food truck, we were so excited! The wait was short and the food was hot. Safe to say, their quesabirria and consome is still as good as I remember. The tacos are STUFFED with meat and cheese, and their consome is so flavorful you can have it on its own. Can't wait to try what other items they have on their menu!

The food has been consistently really good. I've eaten here a number of times and have no complaints. Everything I've tried has been good and has me wanting to try more. My favorite meat is the pastor but they could serve me anything and I know I'd like it! They are also a great group of friendly people....
