Pharmacist Craig likely quite literally saved my partner’s life… Thanks not only to his knowledge and expertise, but to his attentiveness, care, and genuine concern for each customer, it is highly likely that she is still alive today.
I don’t want to leave specifics (for her/our privacy, and the sensitive nature thereof), so I’m leaving out certain details.
She was prescribed a medication that, if she had taken as prescribed, could have quickly become fatal. Having personally learned a lot about this medication, I can add that there was nothing hyperbolic, dramatic, or overly cautious about this; as prescribed, it certainly could have been a lethal situation. He took the time to discuss it with me at length with undivided attention; he listened to my answers carefully, and with extreme deliberation and discernment, and helped us determine a proper course of action. I wish I could say more about this here, because the details help to express just how serious it was, and exactly how much he helped. The situation was quite shocking, and my family and I were quite disturbed about how things could have gone. The gravity of it all has me wishing there were more we could do to express our gratitude to Craig. To us, he is absolutely a hero. He saved her that day. He was the last line of defense between life and death. It is my genuine hope that if anyone ends up in a similar position, that their pharmacist has the same level of care, compassion, expertise, focus, and protection as he has clearly demonstrated.
My family and I have been customers with Ridley’s Pharmacy for several years, but this experience had me feeling compelled to leave this review. I have a lot of positive things I could say about their kind, patient, & efficient staff, and their competitive prices, especially in contrast to other pharmacies we’ve been to, but after this recent visit they will always have my deepest appreciation and recognition. From the bottom of my heart: Thank you, Craig. Thank you as well to the rest of Ridley’s Pharmacy Tremonton team. You saved my whole world, and you always help it...
Read moreI shop at Ridleys every week. In my opinion its awesome. One its never too crazy all at once. I think that's mostly because I shop on Sundays and not friday or Saturday like everyone else. The prices are cheaper, cheaper then Kent's. You can also get some awesome deals when they have specials. I have found though that on produce (what I mostly purchase) that they have really good sales on it every week. I get things for a steal in produce demartment. All the employees are very friendly and nice. Only thing I would change is wish the deli wad better. Sometimes I want to get sliced meat or cheese and they don't have any or barley any options. Also sometimes it'll be pretty busy they only have two checkers with long lines. I'm not impatient though and never in huge hurry so that doesn't bug me much. I just feel bad for those in a hurry though. I forgot to mention one of the best things. They have frequent shopping cards you get points on it and soon as you get enough you can use it to get free lagoon tickets, tvs, gift cards, the list goes on just for shopping...
Read moreHorrible! I am fairly certain that this visit will be my last. This site rarely has the advertised items available. I went in to get a 12 piece of fried chicken that i had earned using my points (from a loyalty card). At the checkout I was informed that I had to have a coupon which I have to order, about 2 weeks in advance, then either get it in snail mail or in an email. If by email I would have to print it and take it into the store. Order and wait 2 weeks in advance for fried chicken?? Crazy to say the least. When i got home i jumped online to find out what exactly i was supposed to do to redeem my points. Surprise! Not one word was said about a "coupon". Rather a person has to order the item, wait 2 weeks then go the store to pick up their item. I can somewhat understand the ordering and waiting some time for items that are non-food, but for food that is readily available such as fried chicken from the deli? What a crazy system! Confusing enough that the in-store employees, even the manager, didn't know how things...
