This is a long one but feel I need to write it because I would have made the switch to ALS A LONG TIME AGO had I had someone tell me what I know now.. especially if your being told your the one with retention issues where you go now take the 2 min to read this review and thank me later šLet me start off with saying Kayla is AMAZING!!! The was two girls prior to me being booked with Kayla initially just by chance I cannot remember one of the girls name for the life of me but my first girl was Gabby and needless to say all three have been great! I was going to my other lady for over a year and was being told constantly I was one of two out of all of her patients that had this terrible retention issue I couldnāt get through a week without needing a desperate fill so even though I was going every two weeks faithfully I would be charged her three weeks sometimes even full set price because of how bad she was claiming my retention issue was however that turns out not to be true it was never my retention problem to begin with it was clearly her lack of either quality of glue she was using or lack of technique but either way it was causing me close to $200 a month to keep my lashes up if you want to count the tip about 250 a month so I decided to stop getting my lashes done because it was something I could not keep up with anymore after over a year! However, anyone who has ever had lashes before knows once you have lashes done you never want to be without them again so I thought I would give it one more try but somewhere else and ended up trying out Amazing Lash studio which scared me a little bit because of that initial expensive first time visit I believe it was like 185 for the 6D volume however ever since the first appointment my retention has improved by like 300% I could go almost a month without needing a fill now however I go in every three weeks and Iām considered a āthree weekerā to them due to how amazing my rentention is now so not only do they look better, Iām only having to go in every 3 weeks and last but most certainly not least my other lady would take up to 3 hrs sometimes where as these girls are hour hour and half TOPS and thatās for a full!!! Do it ladies you wonāt regret it!! While yes that first initial appt was scary price wise every single appt after that with there monthly subscription autopay price has saved me about $150 dollars and about 6 hours of my life a month haha! I get nothing to write this no discount free product nada for this review I just want everyone to know what I wish I knew after a year of being told I was the one with retention issues and spending HUNDREDS of dollars that was unnecessary! Terrible company, worse customer service! Instead of actually making this right, the owner prefers to argue about it on my posts about the bad experience taking no accountability at all! They just opened so after hearing about otherās bad experiences (from my posts) I can imagine the negative reviews will just coming! Donāt wanted your time if your money.
My response to the owners response: Amazing Lash Studio wow! This is coming from someone who didnāt have the correct customer information when you replied to my Facebook post. You actually replied about a service for a different customer who had eyelashes removed not applied (and I can only presume they complained too). And for the record, you never called me. You asked me to call you and I replied to your specific posts. What history? I went to your studio ONE time and it was a disaster. You deleted your portion of the conversation on the posts or I would take a pic and post it here for accuracy. I guess as long as you can lure folks in, you get at least get the 1st sale. Who cares about repeat business right? Last, I didnāt call to book a refill. It was already booked at my 1st appointment two weeks ago. You deleted the booking and never called to let me know. I was calling to see what time my appointment was, hoping you would right the wrong you did. However, your sales associate did advise if i wanted the extensions off, to use coconut oil and do it myself. I can only imagine she learned her inappropriate customer service skills from you! ALS wrongfully terminated my long standing membership
I have been a member since 2021. I went out of the country recently and experienced cc fraud .
I had to get a new card and deal with many issues regarding this unfortunate event .
I reached out to ALS and shared this with them as one of my payments were being disputed .
I spoke with Kayla the manager and let her know I was a victim of fraud i gave her my new card info .
Today i just found out they wrongfully terminated my membership without any written information .
I also found out Kayla never charged me after I reached out to her explained what happened and provided new cc for her to bill me.
Therefore, she never charged me which caused my account to be delinquent while she used my outstanding accumulated credits . This has never happened before.
I communicate with this studio as to what had sadly happened and they had my new card on file .
When I call to speak to management or the owner I am told they are unavailable . I am so sad and shook up as to how this all played out but I am so glad I will not be giving my money to a place that does not care .
Kayla made a comment āI was paying lower monthly member ship feeā as I had been a member since 2021. They rather lose a paying member of almost 5 years . Bad business . Very very bad business.
BUYER BEWARE.
This studio does not care and you wonāt be able to reach the owner . She also owns the blow out barre next door .
I intend on spreading awareness and will be contacting the BBB which they already have a āCā rating .
Iād rather spend more at a diff location than ever give this place...
