Wildly inconsistent, overpriced, mediocre food.

I came here two days in a row. The first day was very accommodating and my “Chop Chicken Chop Salad” was great and they were able to add onions.

The second time was very disappointing; before ordering, I asked the woman up front what comes with the “Traditional Greek Salad” she replied in a mumbled, low voice that I could barely hear and a bored, annoyed, and uninterested demeanor saying:

“All the normal stuff that comes in a Greek salad.

Me: “Well, what comes in a normal Greek salad?”

Her: “The picture behind you shows you what it looks like”

Me: “Is there unions in it?”

Her: “No”

Following this, she apparently didn’t know what unions were and acted confused. They added giant scallions to my salad that were sticking out. Not at all what I wanted.

They also neglected to add chicken to the salad. I went back and they acted laughed and said he forget the chicken, no “Oh, I apologize, I’ll get this fixed for you”. That was the end of the interaction.

The other woman walked up with the chicken a few minutes later. STRIPS of chicken for a CHOPPED salad. I requested the chicken chopped and at least cut up because you know, I don’t want friggen chicken tenders in my salad.

The chicken was MEAGAR compared to the salad itself. A very small bowl.

The end of my experience,; she came back with the chopped chicken, attitude in her stride and said “This is good enough”.

I don’t leave reviews often, only for notable bad customer experiences. This one...

Loved seeing the history on the website so we popped in- the gyro meat itself was excellent but the chips were super dry and reliant on a very heavy dollop of tzaziki to make up the difference My wife enjoyed her chopped chicken salad but the amount of oil on it made it really drippy Kid wise they were fine- this is a tough review, I bet there's plenty of folks that like the casual Greek format, it's admittedly not my favorite but my wife is a huge fan so I'll always support her checking out the scene, this place did exactly what was advertised but with a bland and limited atmosphere, service who were helpful but disinterested and food that was good but not knock your socks off good, I can't see coming back? Just okay overall, price felt a bit high but the quality was fine. The dolmades were MASSIVE and not the normal roll ups so they were tough to eat, ah it's kinda all over the place. If this format is your jam, I'd say they do what they are saying they do well enough! If not...

Really liked this place until now. Ordered ahead with Door Dash. Dasher called me and said she couldn’t deliver my order because the manager was very rude when she arrived, and she just was not going to deal with him. She was going to ask for another driver. I understand that there are two sides, so I called the store and spoke to the manager. He said the Dasher was very rude when she arrived. I asked what I was supposed to do at this point, and his response was that I needed to call Door Dash and that he was very busy and couldn’t help me. Clear message that he was likely not patient with anyone who walked in the door. You contract with these people, and this should not have become my problem. I honestly don’t care how busy you are. That’s not an excuse that I can or would use with my clients. Not impressed. I did call Door Dash, and they very kindly ensured me a refund and were very apologetic. Also, not the first time that their staff has been...

My first ever visit to Louis Pappas, and unfortunately, my last. I ordered the smaller size falafel sandwich (5 inch pita), which costs close to $7 with tax. What I received after an approximately 10 minute wait was a ridiculously small joke of a sandwich. My pita bread was only slightly larger than a small street taco tortilla. On top were two measly falafel balls that tasted as though they were frozen and not freshly made. Additionally, it only included a bit of tomato and onion with Taziki sauce. No other toppings (by the way each additional topping was around a dollar, even lettuce!). This place is totally price gouging and the portion-size/quality of the food is subpar for the price you’re paying. This will be my last experience at this restaurant and hopefully others will find this review helpful before they spend their hard earned money for an expensive street taco sized sandwich. Photo included as proof.

I went here on Sunday 2/19/23 around 6:00 restaurant had a seating avalible. I have to say the customer service I received was exceptional. The older woman was so helpful. it was like eating at Grandma's house. I got the pita platter with Gyro meat and Pappas potato salad as the side. I also brought side of hummus with grilled pita. in total I spent $23.01. The food was soo good I only needed a lil salt and pepper. The Taziki sauce was amazing I should have ordered extra, I recommend you order extra. 2 gripes 1. You need a Chilli oil sauce for those who like a spice. AGAIN IM SUPER THANKFUL TO THE OLDER WHO HELPED ME. she gave me some hot sauce. 2. The hummus was so tasty, but the serving size seem a little small for 7 dollars
