This place is very definitional. They have a manger there named Jassedi Martinez that when I called to let her know that my 12 year old was eating raw chicken that I just ordered and brought home. First she said was going to give me a refund then came back on the phone said I would have to come back. I went back and when I got there is when it got even more interesting. I showed her the chicken and she said what raw chicken. A manager that doesn’t know the companies product when raw. I told her just give me my refund back and asked her to speak to her manager which she told me wasn’t there and pointed at her manager’s card with an attitude saying it’s RIGHT THERE!!!! When I took it out of the card holder and asked her to write her name on it she gave it back to me I handed it back to her and she threw it at me which will be on the cameras above the register. Then I put money in the tip jar thinking I didn’t want anyone to get money taking from there check because of the refund and she took the money out of the jar and threw that across the counter at me. I proceeded to put it back in the jar asking the other employees if they split tips which one of the cooks said yes. I said that I put money in the jar and she is giving your tips away which he had the most confusing look on his face when telling him this because that was money that a manager was taking out of his pocket especially during this time we have all been going through as a country. Not to mention my family and I spend our hard earn money twice to three times a week for five people which is about 120 plus dollars a week. Which if we do simple math is 480.00 a month. It’s crazy how a repeat costumer supporting a local business is being treated. I have never seen such unprofessional representations of a company before. I will never eat at chipotle again I will spend my money at Moes for now on maybe they will appreciate my 480.00 a month as a company. This is not even the beginning of Oliver who works the line was rude also to my 10 year old daughter who loves coming to this store each week after practice for our daddy daughter date. I will let everyone I know and have my children tell everyone they know who go to school 1/4 mile away from this store what happen and not to go there anymore. As you can see with the reviews they have a 3.2 star because of employees which is a direct representation of MANAGEMENT!!!!!...
Read moreWOW! What a horrible experience. I was very excited to visit this new Chipotle for the first time as I am a big fan of Chipotle and my wife had never been before. We arrived and waited in line to get our food, once we got up to order the lady wrapping my wife’s burrito seemed to have no idea on how to wrap it and had to double wrap it because it did not go as planned with the first tortilla. She explained to us that she was trained to do it one way but was trying to do it her way because it seemed to work better for her (which it did not). Next we get up to pay ($35 for mine and my family’s meal which we could have paid at a sit down restaurant) and the gentleman on the register failed to put a lid on my bowl and slide it over to me (along with the chips and queso). I had to reach across the counter to the back of the counter towards him to get everything. At this point my assumption is “they are busy on this Saturday, I understand.” Well, it only got worse. We went to sit down to eat and EVERY table was filthy, the trash cans were overflowing, and the floors were filthy so we had to wipe off our own table with the 1 napkin that was left. After we finally got to sit down I went to the front counter to ask for the napkins and knives to be re filled as they were out. A young lady comes over and fills up the knives and leaves as a customer asked her to wipe off a table(still no napkins). I then approached the counter and asked for napkins and the lady prepping food handed me a stack of napkins. Once we started eating we also recognized that the chips were extremely stale and the queso was very gritty! In addition, my wife couldn’t drink her soda (Dr. Pepper) because it tasted like water (it appeared to be out along with many other types of soda) so she had to dump it out and get another. I am unsure if they were just understaffed; however, it was a Saturday at 2pm which in many retail setting would merit high staffing. I am writing this review not to scare customers away but hoping that it is recognized and the issues that we dealt with (and it seems many other have dealt with based off of the reviews) are addressed to increase the customer experience of this restaurant. Working in customer service & managing many high level performing stores that focus on the customer experience, it is imperative to execute on the customer concerns to ensure future business...
Read moreUpdated my previous 2-star review:
Upgrading to 4 stars because as time as gone on, things have definitely improved. They don't always have things super tidy, and I have had a few occasions when they were totally out of ingredients. I don't fault them totally for this considering they are massively busy, and the times we are currently in don't always make it possible to have what is needed.
I went in today for my family. Ordered 2 burritos and a kid's taco meal. The kit has 4 sections: 1 for the taco shells, and 3 small ones for ingredients. I asked for chicken, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. The person who was making my order asked if i wanted the sour cream in a cup, I said yes, and he pushed the lettuce aside to make room for the cup. I said, "oh, you can just put it on top of the shells." To which he put a spoon of sour cream literally on top of the shells. I'm gonna chalk this up to poor communication on my part, but...it honestly doesn't make sense to dump a large spoonful of sour cream on two folded soft taco shells. Right? I didn't say anything, because I really don't like wasting food so I let it go, and my kid didn't complain (thank goodness). So, it's whatever honestly.
So, is it the most incredible experience I have ever had at a Chipotle? No. It's decent, but I am glad I gave this location another go. For a busy Chipotle, it's good, and the employees are at least polite, and do good work. Can't really complain too...
