Terrible terrible service, over the last 2 years there has been a rapid decline at this store. First, why do you make customers who are there in person wait until you complete all the door dash orders? By the time the people in person got to the counter to order, there was no food left. Causing them to wait even longer. Today we wait 15 minutes at the counter before we were served. Then another 15 minutes until the food was prepared. Correct me if I’m wrong, but shouldn’t people who are there in person to eat in the restaurant be served first? Or at least be a priority? I understand door dash is now a big thing, but why are DoorDash customers getting priority over customers who show up in person? Second, if you are going to prepare DoorDash orders first, which causes the food to run out, can you at least stop packaging up half orders until the rest of the food is done? After ordering, the person put two my items that were available into the container and then sat it on the counter until the rice was ready which caused the entree items to get cold. So I got hot rice and cold entree items. Last, the entire cleanliness of the place has gone downhill as well. Panda is always busy I understand, maybe that means you should carry enough staff to handle it. Someone for cleaning, someone for cooking, someone for cashier, someone or DoorDash and someone to take orders. Read moreI have not been to a Panda in over 8 years. There is nothing that beats a true Chinese take out where the food is cooked to order. But decided to try it.
We have gone to the place at 9:00 pm so there were no lines which is a plus. However, when we walked in and looked at the food, it was basically all dried up and it was the bottom of the barrel. We asked them to make a new batch of lo mein. It took about 15 minutes for them to make a new batch.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken and the chili shrimp. To my surprise, it was delicious. Yes I was shocked but it was good! This was a positive! There is a girl with two cowboy boots tattoo on her arm that working the counter and she was so pleasant and friendly! I give her high kudos for offering great customer service. She even asked if we wanted any sauce as most places you have to ask for them yourself. She was also working hard cleaning the tables and sweeping the floors.
The bad part is that the place is a little more expensive than a Chinese take out. The men’s bathroom was out of order so I couldn’t wash my hands. All the garbage bins were full to the max and we had to cram down the garbage.
Overall, I may go back in the future but still would go to a Chinese take out if I wanted...

The first time a fight almost broke out between two customers over food that should have been ready to serve... One customer in the back of the line got preference over a customer who had already placed his order....
The next encounter, at least 50% of the pans at the serving line we're out of food.... And no chance of getting teriyaki chicken and other items...
The next encounter, the same thing....50% of the pans at the serving line were out of food and was only being prepared/replenished upon request by the customer..... 50% literally 50% of all fountain drinks were out of order.... You only find this out, of course, after you pay for your meal.... Because the drink machines are the last thing that you go to after you get your food and after you pay... And while paying, they make no mention that they are out of soft drinks....🤷
I have never seen a place managed this bad...
Needless to say, I'm totally disgusted with this place and will not be back....
Management needs to be completely replaced, across the board....
OH.....WHERE IS THE Teriyaki SAUCE?....NOT THE NASTY STUFF IN...
