Consistency. To make a long story short, my fries were over done and I tried to ask for new ones, and the managers (Who do not have the necessary skills or experience to be a manager) basically argued with me and embarrassed me saying that these fries were OK without tasting them and told me I was going to get the same fries back as the new ones.. and that escalated in my brain very fast just how much this person wasn’t understanding me that their first choice to respond to me was that “hey I’m just gonna give you the same burnt fries”….. he couldn’t understand that I was saying that they were burnt and I wanted some fresh ones. He couldn’t believe or except that someone was critiquing it and then on top of that what he meant by saying he was going to give me the fries back was that this is how we make our fries . And if I’m complaining saying they’re burnt then as a manager he should make sure to value my opinion and to look into hey what’s going on did we not change the oil or is it trying to long or what’s going on he didn’t do any of that he just made sure he protected the house and the staff.He took it very defensively. And not openly. That is not managerial skills. And after a little bit of arguing back-and-forth they gave me a new set of fries and they were still burnt, meanwhile the whole staff came up to see what was going on up front and it was so embarrassing because they all acted like they didn’t know how to mind their own busines. And do their jobs and if not in that moment do them better, and keep the actual operations going. No they wanted to come up front and see what the drama was, and even the fry cook from the back came up and stared me down and gave me a nasty look and I couldn’t believe tha!!! that’s where it cross the line!!! The whole staff was unprofessional, they were all just immature people trying to make a paycheck. They did not care whatsoever. I felt embarrassed, this was not a pleasurable Chick-fil-A experience, I wish the owner/operator cared about her complaints and her staff and her operations, but I hear from a lot of people that she is a very absentee operator in that exactly what I felt other people told me was their opinion to that there is no real authority there and proper training and somone who cares. You would think the owner would. I tried to call to get to the operator or at least an email address or something to voice my opinion and experience to without having to go to corporate or write a review to relay my bad experience, but they don’t even pick up the phone there, just go straight to voicemail. So to the owner and operator you put yourself in this position I’m sorry you have to experience bad reviews, and I will have to get over my bad experience myself. and I will never recommend this place to anybody I will always remember that and I won’t be spending my money there anymore and I hope nobody else does either. I hate to talk bad about Chick-fil-A and give them a bad review because the companys product is delicious and great and usually very consistent everywhere else I go. But this certain location gives it a bad name. Not just because the burnt fries but because of the bad staff, and that’s because they have a leadership.
To everyone else who hopefully reads this review just be aware that they will treat you how they want not up to the par standard that they’re supposed to be. prepare to be embarrassed by them. and prepared to walk away with a bad taste in your mouth and not just from burnt fries, but from your own feelings being tried and pushed and disrespected and eventually cornered into a bad feeling place. I know that sounds a little dramatic but that’s how I still feel after three days. of the initial experience.
Chick-fil-A that should of never been escalated that far. Horrible representation of your company.

Well I got salt and I also received 7 of my 12 nuggets.fast forward a week and a half 1/8/2024 I didn’t receive one of my chicken sandwiches so they have this thing that you can call and leave a message well it’s been almost two weeks since my first order was messed up now I’m missing more food and chick fil a is not cheap I spent on average $20-30 dollars every time I’m here wich is 3-4 times a week because I like the food when I receive all of it….. not I come in today talk to the mgr he can’t do nothing but take me order and more money!! Again I like the food I just want what I ordered no more no less just what I paid for!!!!! So needless to say I’m unhappy they never called me back and I just paid more money for food I should’ve gotten replaced from my missing food…. Read moreIf I could give a zero for Customer Service, I would, and also getting the food right that would be a zero too. This location has gone down and is awful. I usually go there multiple times a week and order different menu items. I get the chicken tenders ever so often. One evening order tenders got home to only find they gave me nuggets that were hard, burnt and dry. Had to drive back to get what I ordered. Order the market salad often and every time either they forget the number of dressings to give, or they forget the nut packets that comes with the salad. I have to check every time before driving off. Today I asked for 3 packs of dressing and willing to pay for the extra pack. The little bleach blonde, bad built body, manager caught an attitude and said it would be cost for the extra packet of dressing. I told her no problem, I would pay, if they didn't charge me when I ordered. She said no we will give it to you for free. Girl look, you could have saved your breath with all that talking if you were going to still give me the dressing. I don't care about price, just give me what I ordered. Next time, I'll order inside so there is no miscommunication. I personally think she just wanted to have something to say when it was no reason for all of that. I will not visit here often, I wait till I pass the Countryside location, they are waaayyyy nicer than these idiots.
