I miss the old pharmacist. He was really nice and he took everything seriously and he wasn’t rude today I called about a certain prescription because I did not have enough of it for my child and his infection. They didn’t fill it enough so I’m kinda upset about that and on top of that is that when I got the pharmacistthat’s in charged he was really rude and disrespectful and just blew me off like I don’t know what I’m talking about. I know more than you think and if he can’t sit there and be personable with people, then he’s in the wrong field because first of all that’s just downgrading to people that have concerns for their children and their well-being and you have to get the rudeness on top of it I kind of find that unprofessional. I know that you have a job to do and I get that but when you’re on the phone, it’s called. Respect to others . Used to like this pharmacy, but now I feel like all I ever deal with is problems. The texting stopped suddenly. Took months to get that working again even though I asked NUMEROUS times for it to be fixed. Just yesterday I sent my refills through the Publix app to be filled as First Available because I had appointments in that area today. Haven't seen them ready yet today so I called and was told that I selected 3pm for pickup so they won't be ready till 4pm... I SPECIFICALLY DID FIRST AVAILABLE FOR A REASON!!!!! WHY ARE YOU CHANGING PATIENT'S FILL TIMES?!?! GAS IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!!! CAN'T BE RUNNING ALL OVER TOWN BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN'T DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT!!!! GET IT...

i have been a long time customer of this publix and over the past two months am seriously considering taking my money elsewhere. What is wrong with a company that doesn't take customer service seriously any more.
