We got a lift chair for my sister to use we called in and talked to Jessica told her the situation she put it in the computer that we were gonna make a payment on Tuesday then another one on Wednesday and they called from the store my sister told them we talked to Jessica and Scott said well Jessica don't make the rules so my sister paid half a payment and we was gonna finish as promised they got real cocky with my sister after we got done battling COVID now the stomach bug and Nathan came back and got the chair will never give them my service again from now on I will go to rent a center or Aaron's where we will be treated with respect and if I had the number for the head company they sure would be getting a call from me they had my number they should have called me very disappointed in this...

Absolutely loved the treatment we received there. Went in for a sofa & love seat and it was delivered the very next day! And at the time they said they would be here. Stormy was very helpful and SUPER nice. She gave great advice on the products we looked at. She even helped us make our final decision on the living room furniture we picked! She didn’t hover, she allowed us to look through the showroom floor without any pressure. She answered every question we had! Stormy was an absolute gem for sure. The gentleman that delivered the furniture was so nice and personable as well. Just friendly and so polite! I say they BOTH deserve a huge pat on the back and recognition! Have nothing but good things to say abt them and the store! Can’t thank them enough for everything...
