Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Troy

my family and I ordered a pizza from this location last night at 7 pm. On the phone and on the reciept even it said i was promised id have my pizza by 8 pm. 8:25 pm came around and i hadnt recieved the pizza or a phone call or anything so i called the location and a girl told me the driver was just now leaving with my pizza so i was upset. The driver dropped off the pizza and didnt apologize or offer a coupon NOTHING! So i called up and asked to speak with a manager and a girl named April took my call and was very rude! She didnt offer me any apology, coupon or anything until i told her i thought i should have gotten an apology or discount or something for waiting a half hour longer than i was told with no call or anything. So at that point she offered a credit for the amount i spent on my next order. Even after the call was over i never once got an apology and i was talked to very unkindly! After using my free meal i will never order from here again which is a shame because their pizza is very good.. which is the only reason im even giving one star! The kids at this location appear to have zero management or guidance.Too laid back.My pizza was great,it was done fast,and I was treated politely.My issue? I walked out with my pizza and not having ever been to this location I thought it might be a good idea to look at it before leaving.Now keep in mind I have left the store at this point with what I thought was my pizza.I had ordered a simple 3 topping pizza.Upon opening the box the smell of green peppers, which I hate,was overwhelming..green peppers....sausage....not my pizza! I went back in and explained and they found my pizza sitting there.Now my issue is they took the wrong pizza that I had left the store with and put it back on the shelf with THE RIGHT ticket for the customer to pick up.Disgusting.It should have went right in the trash.Good job running off a first time customer.The employees have time to look at a cell phone,stand around and tell jokes and stories,but cant hand a customer the correct pizza order.Where is...

Nancy is the worst manager when it comes to customer service I've ever dealt with, and that says A LOT! I ordered my pizza on the website at 6:30ish, it said I should have my pizza by 7:40. My arrived at 8:10, the delivery driver was really nice and apologized for the delay. I had 2 orders of breadsticks and ordered cheese sauce, there was no cheese sauce, so i called. A young guy answers, tells me that they can bring it to me in 1 hour and 45 minute. I told him I needed to speak to a manager, he said, that's who told me to tell you that, would you still like to talk to her, I said yes. They put me on hold for a few minutes, she finally got on and asked me what happened, as I was telling her, she completely talked over me as I was getting louder she then told me she can't hear me when I'm yelling. I said, that's because you are talking over me! It's really sad because they have great pizza but so does Marions, and I will always choose the one with good...
