Hows burnt up crossoint for ya...and if you say tap pay the girl has an obsession with apple pay. Its not the only crap that exists its google pay and apple pay and whatever else exists...jeez.

You can tell its a day for them and i share my food with littles. Do us a favor and toast up a crossoint ...hide up the burnt parts with cream cheese and eat it alright! Will have to think if ill be back (6m ago)

Omg... Tried it again I was referencing another iced drink that was 2.99 and I accidentally said iced latte with caramel when I wanted the iced coffee with caramel..

When I brought it up ..the lady has absolutely no idea what I was talking about and didn't even try to look in the POS.... It'd be one thing if it was a specialty drink...but you don't even know the common drinks.... That's an issue..

Good luck asking this lady about anything on the menu.... She just wanted to talk super fast and just act flustered and say idk rather than even trying.... Goodness maybe that's why ya here dear...you DONT APPLY YOURSELF

Called in a large order in 2 days in advance, just to show up and nobody had a record of it. Never trust the staff on the phone. There was no apology for the mistake, no offer to make it right, rather Amanda looked annoyed that I was asking them to make the order as I still needed it. Watching Amanda the supervisor bark out order after order to the employees in front of customers was disgusting to see. She would tell them to do one thing and then yell at them for not doing something else. The employees looked degraded and miserable as she continued to bark out orders to them. The store manager was spineless and had no control of the environment. There is no sense of urgency or basic manner at this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone. If you must order from here, make sure you place an online order, to have proof. Beest piece of advice, order from a different donut shop. I want to like this place so badly, but the coffee is just so inconsistent. I order a double-double iced vanilla coffee every time. I’m pretty chill if there’s a little variability. However, sometimes it’s perfect, other times it’s WAY too sweet, or barely sweet at all, or watery, or it barely has any ice. I just don’t get it. I do drive out of my way to this one though because the other one in Troy is even less consistent. Everything else seems fine but I find myself more disappointed than satisfied. The last time I went I got grounds. I think I’m done with this place.

Four Month Update: I went ahead and tried again. Same. Just didn’t taste good, although no grounds.
